My dad came home two days later but stopped at the dry cleaners.
"I'm home."
"Oh Bane! I've missed you so much!"
They started making out in front of me and my brother. I giggled and said nothing. Carla sat next to me and I said nothing.
"Gross! My poor vergin eyes!"
They laughed and my father said "Hey sugerpeach."
"Isn't it suger plum?"
"Normally yes. But when I eat peaches I put a little suger on top of them."
"Gross."
"I agree with you."
I ignored my brother and my mom said "What took you so long?"
I sighed and said "Mom he just went to the dry cleaners!"
Carla rubbed my back and said nothing.
"You won't understand until you find your mate."
I pouted and said nothing.
"Come on Elizabeth. Let's go for a walk."
"Okay."
We left.
"So...back to my devious plan of getting you on the cheer team."
"I have no desire in joining the skinny sank club."
"Hey! Good point."
"Yeah."
Then as if my life wasn't hard enough fate wanted to see me break down and cry until I died because I bumped into someone. I looked up and said "Sorry Yhato."
There was a shock when he helped me up and I thought 'Oh shit.'
Yahto looked at me and said "Mate."
He kissed me and I mealted into him. As soon as he pulled away I said "Um...excuse me for a moment?"
I pulled Carla aside and she said "What-?!"
"The world loves messing with me! I swear!"
"What's wrong?"
"Yahto is my werewolf mate!"
"Isn't that good? Don't you have like a huge crush on him?"
"Yeah. But that means I have two vampire mates and a werewolf mate."
"Oh yeah. What are you going to do?"
"I don't know!"
I was freaking out! I sat on my ass and pulled at my hair.
"You don't need to have a total freak out moment Elizabeth. Relax."
I tucked my head in between my knees and said nothing. I sreamed and heard "Hey is she okay?"
I looked up and I said "H-Hey."
I fixed my hair and said "Sorry. I just had a moment."
"It's alright."
I sighed and stood up. I smiled and my father came into my mind link.
'Bring your mate home. Now.'
I sighed and said 'Yes father.'
I said "Yahto let's go."
"Okay."
He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and I said nothing. We walked to my house.
"Yahto my boy!"
"Hello alpha."
My father was thrilled about this. Maybe too thrilled.
"Oh honey! You found your mate!"
I wanted to cry. But I silently prayed to the moon godess herself.
'Don't throw in a human mate please?! That's the last thing I need!'
"I know! A party! We should have a party! Just a friendly pack get together."
"No!"
They looked at me and I quickly covered my tracks.
"I mean don't make a big deal about this. I'm sure people find their mates all the time. Having a party about that would be pretty meaningless don't you think?"
"Your the alpha's daughter! It's a huge deal!"
Now I wanted to cry. I had to talk to someone. That some one was my mother.
"Mom can I talk to you?"
"Sure pumpkin. What's wrong?"
"Alone?"
I went up to my room and she followed. I shut the door and broke down.
"Honey what is it?"
"I-I can't."
"You can't what?"
"I-I have three mates!"
"What?"
I calmed down and said "I-I have three mates."
"Oh. Okay. Um...who are the other two?"
"Ace and Dave."
"The vampires?"
I nodded.
"Oh my."
"I'm scared and confused mom."
She sat next to me and held me.
"It's going to be okay. I promise."
I nodded and she kissed my head.
