I growled before I opened my eyes. Someone's bony elbow was digging into my ribs. I grabbed the arm and heard a small noise similar to a scream behind me.

"I said no touching" I growled.

"Says the girl that wrapped her body around mine last night" Crow chuckled.

I pushed him away "Do we have school today?" I asked as I kicked him just for the fun of it.

He grunted "Yeah"

I kicked him again and he shoved me. Hard. I flew off the bed and hit the wall a few feet away. "Dick!" I shouted as I rubbed my head.

He laughed and rolled over. I stood up and walked over to the bed before pushing him off the bed. He tried to grab me as he fell in a ball of long limbs and duvet.

"Let me out" I said with my arms folded.

"Fine" he groaned and walked over to unlock the door. As soon as it clicked, I pushed past him and went to my room to see Ryan hugging my duvet with his mouth open. I took a secind to crouch down and watch his sleeping expression.

Suddenly his eyes opened, he screamed and punched me in the face. "Are you fucking kidding me!" I shouted amd clutched my face. "That's my wrist and my nose!"

He scrambled back in the bed "Stop doing that!" He shouted back. "It's terrifying!"

I stood up and rolled my broken wrist. I didn't heal as fast as vampires or werewolves but I did heal pretty quickly. It would have already healed but punching Ryan delayed it for probably another two days. My nose however would be fine by the time we got to school.

I walked out of the room but not before throwing on a hoodie. The running leggings I slept in last night would do. Scraping my hair back I went down to the kitchen to see a plate of Ryan's cookies. I grabbed one and shoved it in my mouth.

"Morning!" A cheery voice called out.

I jumped and spun, throwing the half eaten cookie. It hit Crow in the face and he frowned. "Ow" he with sarcastic tone. He had put on a white t-shirt.

"Go fuck a narwhal" I snapped and grabbed another cookie.

He frowned as if he was thinking about it. "No" he said grinning. "I can't stop thinking about that now. Can I have a cookie?"

"No" I said and grabbed the plate. "Mine"

He shook his head "Probably taste like shit anyway"

I laughed and jumped up onto the counter and Ryan walked in. "You found the cookies!" He said. "I got bored after you got dragged away last night"

"So you made cookies?" Crow said. He bit into an apple and I glared at him. "I don't see how you can eat them. Human food usually makes you sick"

"Makes me sick. I tried last night" Ryan said sadly. "Can't even have cookies"

I pouted "That's really sad. What good is immortality if you can't have cookies?"

Crow started to laugh as he stared at me. "How can you go from slaughtering angels to sympathizing with vampires over cookies? It amazes me"

"You know what amazes me?" I said "How I've been up less than an hour and you've already gotten on my nerves"

Crow laughed and left the room without another input. "What's between you two?" Ryan asked as I glared after Crow.

"He's my ex" I shrugged "When you spend over a century with only one person it has to happen at some point"

He frowned "He's an ass"

"Tell me about it" I laughed. "Come on, we have school to get to and I think we'll take Dad's car"

"He'll kill you" Ryan laughed.

"Already stole the keys!" Crow shouted and I laughed.

"He might be an ass but he's a useful ass at times" I laughed. "Just like a donkey"
