I woke up to a loud female scream. Lily was gone from beside me and I groaned. Moonlight poured in through the open window and the cool air bit at my dead skin. It was a strange sensation. I didn't feel the cold, I simply knew it was there.

"You promised to stay quiet!" Crow roared and the screaming stopped and loud sobs replaced them. "When you're fixed you'll never hear the end of this" I could hear the annoyance in his voice.

Her sobs echoed around the apartment as I made my way towards them. They were in the living room and Crow was pacing. "I was trying to make her angry" he said. He didn't look at me or do anything to make it seem like he was talking to me. I rubbed my eyes and yawned. "But all it's doing is making me mad"

I chuckled and walked in. Lily looked up at me, her gold eyes red and puffy from crying. "Has she eaten?" I asked.

Crow shook his head "What does she eat?"

I shrugged and walked into the kitchen. Opening the fridge I pulled out a tin foil ball and went back to Lily. I threw it onto her lap and she stared at it. "Eat" I demanded.

She whimpered and began to unwrap the package. She screamed and dropped it onto the ground with a squelch when the heart was revealed. "It's not pure" I said using the word Lauren had come up with for people clean from magic.

"Is it real?" She asked. Her voice was shaky and her bottom lip trembled. It took everything not to go and comfort her. But this wasn't Lauren. It was Lily.

I sat down in front of her and smirked "Of course it is, sweetie"

Her eyes widened and she scrambled away from the heart that was currently staining a very expensive rug that Lucifer would kill me for if he found out. Crow grabbed her and pushed her back into the chair. "I have never saw Lauren turn down food before" he laughed.

I frowned at Lily "But that's not Lauren"

Crow furrowed his eyebrows in thought. "Can I ask you something?" He asked. I nodded and he walked into the kitchen. I followed him and he was sitting up on a counter and smirked "Seduce her"

"That's not a question. That's a demand. And we decided that it wouldn't work" I frowned at him.

He shrugged "But we never tried. It's worth a shot and if it doesn't work then we can laugh about it later"

I laughed "Fuck it. Let's do it"

"Start easy. She's a bit new" He laughed and walked out.
