S I X T E E N

I laughed and jumped out of the car. Ryan sat still in the car frozen. I swear bruises would appear on my waist he was gripping me so tightly. "Can't you two drive properly? Please?"

I shook my head and pulled him out. Crow frowned "You saying there's something wrong with my driving vampire?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying" Ryan smirked. I rolled my eyes.

"Really? Can both of you shut the fuck up?" I said and started walking into the school. Crow grabbed my arm and tugged me back. I hit his chest and yelped while he laughed.

I brought my foot up and kicked him in the shin hard. "Fuck!" He screamed and I laughed. "Bitch I will break your other wrist" he hissed.

I laughed and skipped away. Quickly checking my timetable, I groaned and walked into RE. Lucifer already sat at his desk grinning. I walked over to him and leaned over. "Was that story yesterday true?" I asked quietly.

"Some of it. Most was utter bullshit" he whispered. I shook my head and grinned.

"I thought so" I sat down in my seat where Crow, Ryan, Henry and Maia already sat. "Have we discussed what we're actually doing?"

Maia shook her head nervously and dropped her hand on the table, accidently landing it on Ryan's arm. He jumped back and yelped and I watched as his skin bubbled as if he had been burned. I stared at Maia's wrist and saw rosary beads wrapped around her arm. I grabbed them and threw them behind me "No weapons"

She opened her mouth to protest and I raised an eyebrow. "What about me?" Henry asked. I frowned and he grabbed Ryan's wrist. Ryan screamed and punched Henry in the face. Bith of his hands were bright red.

"Seriously!" Lucifer shouted.

"Sorry Dad!" I called down. He shook his head muttering something and then went back to his work. Henry's nose was bleeding golden blood and I laughed.

"Why doesn't everyone leave me alone!" Ryan said as he sat beside me, pulling his hoodie sleeves down to cover his hands.

Maia stared at the desk and I laughed. "Want to see something cool?" I asked her. I balanced a pencil on its end on the table in front of Crow. "Ever seen Batman? I think its the second one"

She nods and I grab Crow's blonde hair in my hand and slam his head down on the desk. "Pencil gone!" I shouted. Maia opened her mouth to scream but Henry covered her mouth. Crow lifted his head back up and the pencil was sticking out from his forehead.

"You're such a bitch" he laughed and pulled it out. No blood or wound was left as he tossed the pencil at me.

"How?" Maia said quietly.

Crow laughed "Already dead. I'm a ghost"

She nodded "You'll get used to it" Ryan said. "I did"

"Did you freak out?" Maia asked him.

I giggled "He made me cookies and let me kill his brother and watched me as I ate his heart"

Maia gagged. "Oh God" she said.

"Stop" I said impatiently. "Please"

"Speaking of which. Lauren, you're coming tonight" Henry smirked.

Ryan growled "No"

"Here we go again!" Crow threw his hands in the air and I laughed. "Look they've already had this argument so just gonna do it?"

"Now?" Henry asked.

"Are you stupid? Do it outside after class" Crow said.

"Crow!" I protested.

He stared at me before he burst out laughing "I'm kidding!" He looked at Henry "If you dare so much as touch her? I'll kill you. And it won't be quick like Veronica's. It will be drawn out and incredibly painful"

Henry smirked "Fine. Trust me on this though. She's safer with me than she is down here. You might've guessed that Lucifer isn't the most liked person and his daughter is a perfect target"
