CHAPTER 12

*splosh*

Wow! what a great start for my first day of training. "I am so sorry Sir, I didn't purposely do it. Sorry for your shirt, I.. Liam?" I was looking down the whole time because of my foolishness but when I looked up I found the one and only guy, whose bad list is not where I want to be. I looked at his attire. He was wearing a grey suit with a white shirt and thin silver tie.

*thump*

All of a sudden everything washed away. Every single emotion that was to splinter him. This is the first time I ever saw him in formals. He looked so spunky. He was oozing raunchy sex appeal.  "Liam I am sorry", I said politely. I maintained my voice to get even voice pitch. Even then he was smirking. What is his problem? Can't he say it's okay and just go for work. One thing I don't like about this man, he makes me feel irritated. "Look listen I am not going to say sor-", I began speaking but he cut me off mid sentence.

"Come with me for lunch", he said. He was still smirking. I raised my both eyebrows, " pardon?". He came closer but I stayed still. "COME.WITH.ME.FOR.LUNCH", he said holding my head in his huge hands. It was as if he was explaining to a five year old child. I rolled my eyes and took his hands off me. I moved back a little and said, " and why do you think I will say yes to your incredulous arrangement?" Hell yes why would he go out with me? I mean even for a lunch? Today is Valentine's day, don't he have any special person in his life? I have heard him talk on his mobile all day and night.

"That's the compensation for; he pointed towards his shirt and winked, "your mess sunshine". He leaned on the table with his right hand and crossed his legs. He gave me a crooked smile.

*thump*

He is going to kill me today. His looks and smile are doing pretty well to turn my insides upside down. I could feel my eyes raking him without my consent. I turned away to hide it. "Don't you have any special someone to spend your day with?" I fetched a file to be sorted today and looked at him, "I mean today is the day to, you know spend some lovely lovey-dovey time with your special one" I said as I put the file onto the piles of files I had to work on today. He looked at the files and then towards me. " No, alas, I don't have my special someone here" he said. Ouch! He has a special someone. That hurt a lot than imagined. It doesn't matter as we are just flirting for time being, its not like we're going to get serious.

"AW! so someone is lonely and need a companion but won't accept it because of his huge cute ego" I said batting my eyelashes. He stood upright and walked past me. Damn! did I hurt him? I shouldn't have said anything. Owing to me, he is going to have a sour start to his day. I felt like apologizing. "Sharp at 2:00 pm I am coming to pick you up. I don't care if you're done with your work or not, I'll drag you with me" I heard him say. I turned around to object but I didn't find him anywhere. Is he a vampire or man with supernatural powers?
