He watches as one of his best friends cries, he’s almost like a brother to him. He hates seeing him this way, he doesn’t know sadness very well, but at the moment he understands. He never truly understood emotions until the boy in front of him came into his life.
It was as though he was his savior, his support, and now he’s the one that’s broken. His best friend, the one he smiled and laughed with, the one he now wants to cry with. He resented what made him feel this way, he couldn’t bare to see someone he loved hurt, let alone him.
He thinks to himself in the quiet and sad atmosphere around him. “When did I become caring?” He never realized though, how much this boy helped him. In a way, his best friend made him begin.
