Michael's POV

How did they get out, and what happened to them? I thought we were going to escape it this time. Maybe this is the day we die. I'll die next to my dad, who I'm 90% sure is dead now. Why did they have to tie us up? I don't get it, I never did. I hope little Mckayla is okay. I miss being able to hold my little sister, she was all I had left of my mom. At least I knew others were near me. We all stayed quiet, I'm not sure why either. It's like we're waiting for our deaths. I shivered at that thought.

"Hey, Micheal are you awake or something?" Katy yelled.

"Yeah, are you okay?"

"Yeah, bored as hell. Where is everyone else?"

"I think Vince and Nick were taken back to where they were before. My dad's...not answering me, and I don't know where Hazel is...or Mckayla."

"I'm sure they're okay Micheal. Don't worry about them. Soon we'll get out of here and everything will be okay."

"Katy, my dad's next to me." I started to panic. Something about her made my walls fall down.

"He probably got hit in the head and has a concussion or is just knocked out. Don't worry Micheal."

"Okay." I took a deep breath.

Katy's POV

I hope Dylan's okay, and everyone else I guess. I just want this to be over with already. I'm sick of all of this. I wonder what happened to Vince and Nick though. I hope they didn't kill them, that's all that I wish from you God. Get us all out of here alive. I never believed in God much, especially since this hit, but I've got to rely on someone right now. If he's supposed to have powers to help people, I'd appreciate it if he did that now.

The ground rumbled, that's weird.

"Katy?"

"You feel it too?" I asked.

"Ye-"

A huge explosion happened somewhere hear us. I went flying back in my chair from the air that passed through. I sat up and saw that my door was busted open. I tried to get up, but I was still tied down, what the hell.

"Micheal?" I yelled.

There was no answer. No, no no no. "MICHEAL!" I screamed.

"Sorry, I'm here."

"asshole, you scared me," I yelled back at him in relief.

"I know, I'm sorry babe."

"first of all, don't call me babe. Second of all, you should be."

"Is that sarcasm?" He asked.

"No, are you hurt?"

"No, my doors open, and my dad's rope was burnt, it would've been easy to take off, but his arms look really burnt."

"Great, so now we just wait for him to wake up and untie us so we can get the hell outta here." I smiled.

"Yeah, if."

"Hey, don't say that. He's your dad." My smile faded, why did he have to be like that?

*4 hours later*

Michael's POV

We kept hearing gunshots everywhere and a lot of movement. I'm not sure if it was zombies or people. Or both. Whatever it is, it better save us. I heard something move near me and my head shot in the general direction. My mouth fell open

Dylan's POV

Shit, my head hurt like fucking hell. I slowly got up and rubbed my face. Bad mistake, pain surged through my arms. It was like a burning feeling. I looked at my arms to see that I had burns all over.

"Dad! You're awake!"

"Michael, shut up." I rubbed my temples.

"Sorry, are you okay?" He lowered his voice.

"Yes, I'm fine. Where's everyone?"

"That's what we have to find out. Untie me and we'll get Katy and see what's up."

I made my way over to my son and untied him. He helped me stand and we got out of the room we were in.

"What happened?" I asked him, covering my eyes from the sun that shined through the cracked and broken windows.

"Well, we were ambushed and taken here, tied up, waiting for who knows what, and an explosion just happened not too long ago."

We entered Katy's cellar thingie and untied her. She dusted herself off and hugged both of us, kissing Michael.

"Alright love birds, before you two suck face, we need to get the others." I smiled and shook my head slowly. My head and arms were killing me.

They parted from their session, "right, good idea." Micheal chuckled.

As soon as we got upstairs, we saw everything that happened. There were a lot of dead bodies, a lot. Not to mention the Zombies eating them. They sensed us and were walking towards us. We quickly made our way around them. I would say we got away from them, but they were everywhere. The whole place was on fire and looked like it was going to collapse. We walked into a room, about to fall down and saw Nick and Vince tied up with nooses around their necks.

"Holy shit, guys help us." Nick half screamed. His voice sounded raw like he'd been screaming for help.

We got them down and we walked around a little longer. On the way, we picked up a few guns from the fallen people, although we weren't able to find anything else that was ours. We walked into a kitchen area and saw a bunch of meat cut and looked like it was going to be prepared to eat. It was the horses. Our horses. I looked at everyone and we just kinda stood there. I guess we would expect that, but we had to keep moving. We could do nothing about it.

We shot zombies that were too close for our comfort and kept walking around. We found no survivors around us. Everyone was dead.

"Dad, where's Mckayla...?" Micheal looked at me.

I couldn't say anything.

"Mickey, I'm sure she's okay. They pro-" Nick was interrupted.

"Everyone sssshhh," Katy said.

"Katy there-"

"Shut up, I hear someone."

We stayed silent for a minute. Micheal and Katy looked at each other and started to run.

"Hey!" We all ran after them.

The whole place was falling down now, and we were running to an area where there were less and less windows. Damn it, why are they running down here? We ran for a little bit longer when we heard it. It only made us run faster. It was a baby. Mckayla. We came into a small room. Nick broke down crying. Audrey was with Mckayla, but she was dead. Blood was leaking from her body, gunshot wound. Micheal picked up his sister.

"I'm sorry Nick, but we have to go. This place is going to fall down on our heads any minute." Vince put his hand on Nick's shoulder.

"At least let...me...say goodbye" He sniffed.

After a minute of silence, saying our goodbyes, we left. I felt horrible for him, I knew exactly what it felt like to lose your significant other. I really did. It brought tears to my eyes, but I contained it as we left. We walked out of the building and were walking down a road when we heard a huge snap and a bunch of rumbling. I turned around, with everyone else, and we saw the building tumble down in flames.

A/N: I did horrible at the  transitions in this, but at least most of the people came out unhurt? I didn't really want to make anyone die, but ya know, it's not an apocalypse without people dying (why did that sound so dark?)
