John's POV (John is Kat & Grace's younger brother + Alpha of Day sun)

I had heard from my parents and sisters that Kat had found her mate. Good for her. But it was what Grace had told me that freaked me out.

*Flashback to the night before*

*I felt someone contact me through the family link. -John! It's Grace! I got really bad news.-

-Well what's the bad news?-

-We're out of Oreos!-

-Grace! You bothered me for that?-

-No.-

-Get on with it then!-

-Fine. Today Ashton....-

She quickly told me the problem.

-Goddess almighty!-

-agreed. I kicked his ass though.-

-I know you did.-

-Anyway, the psychopath has been stalking Kat.-

-Creepy.-

-Yeah. Warn all the neighbouring packs in your area while I ask my new Alpha to do the same.-

-Not used to having to ask someone else?-

-The very same.-

-Okay. I'll take care of business.-

I clicked off the link and pondered what she had said.*

That's pretty creepy. I just hope Kat has the sense to watch out.

Katerina's POV

I was so glad that Zander was recovering fine. We'd gotten a lot closer and it was amazing. We walked hand in hand to our first class on Wednesday morning. Girls gave me disgusted looks and asked if he was okay and if they could do anything. I was ready to punch someone but Zander calmed me down. Man I'm kinda whipped.

"Ms.Williams! Are you paying attention?" My math teacher yelled at me. "Of course I am! The answer to your question is 3×13!" I smirked. Haha it was funny to perplex my teachers. "Uh, that's correct." she said and coughed awkwardly. The whole class laughed and I felt like the star of the show.

It was time for lunch and we were eating in our homeroom classrooms since the cafeteria wasn't fixed yet. I was glad Zander was in my homeroom because I got to sit next to him. I was chomping on an apple when a piece of paper got flicked to my desk. I opened it and read the note. Will you leave your boyfriend for me? signed, Sean. I looked at him where he was waiting for my answer.

Nope. Go ask somebody else. I wrote back and threw in his general direction. He sneered at me looking all too much like somebody I knew. I tore my eyes away and ignored the feeling growing in the pit of my stomach.

"Babe? You okay?" Zander asked me with concern. I told him the truth since I couldn't lie to him. "No. I have another bad feeling." I paled. This was some scary sh*t. "It'll be okay." he whispered and put his arm around me. I spent a few minutes like that the sat up. "I need a walk to clear my head. Alone." I added when Zander tried to get up and come with me. "Okay."

I walked along the path behind the school and climbed up a tree and out of sight. I sat with the trunk at my back and the breeze across my face. I stayed like that before I heard a voice at the ground call up.

"Mate? Are you gonna come down to me?" I looked down to see Ashton. Eww! Why won't that creep leave me alone? "In your dreams." was my cold reply. In a millisecond the tree shifted and I fell out, face planting.

"Ooooh, someone was in a hurry to come to me." he laughed cruelly. I got up and backed away. "Not all of us would like to fall out of a tree!' I snapped. "Temper, temper mate." he said softly and went in for a kiss. I shoved him away and ran back to the school. "Psychotic creep!" I yelled over my shoulder.

Ashton's POV

I was hurt, why would my mate run away from me? She knows the sun god chose to put us together. I was upset beyond belief but I would get her back one day. Stupid Alpha. Your moon goddess can't protect you all the time. Katerina Williams will be mine and I'll kill you to rot in h3ll. I needed a plan.
