Chapter 6

Me: yes!! I actually updated!

Lance: it's about time! I mean, you've been reading and writing other stories!!

Shirt: so, Superavenger doesn't own us... Why did my name autocorrect to shirt?

Pidge: *snicker*

Shiro: Katie! I swear!!!!!

Pidge: *looks at Lance in fear*

Lance: *shrugs* It's your own fault Pidge. You might want to start running away from Shirt before he kills you.

Pidge: *Runs away screaming*

Keith: ROFL!!

Me: can everyone shut up so I can do the intro?

Everyone: *looks down in shame" Yes Superavenger....

Me: finally! I-

Jason: She doesn't own anything but me!

Me: *starts to growl angerly*

Jason: *gulp* I'm... Sorry? *Runs away screaming in fear*

Me: I'm just gonna start....

Lance drew his weapon, a three foot deadly double edged sword tinted with blue light. "Come on Zarkon! Fight me!" Then a wave of magic blasted through the ship making everyone backwards. When Lance looked back to where Zarkon was, he was pissed off. Zarkon had disappeared.

"Lance, babe. Calm down!" For the past hour Lance has been blowing up various parts of the Castle. He turned to the red paladin and said,

"Keith, I almost had him! Almost! But he ran away!" Keith smiled and hugged his boyfriend,

"Exactly Lance. Zarkon ran away from you. He was the one who gave you this gift!" Lance smirked,

"It's more like a curse, but I get your point." They both left the wing and entered the elevator, then Lance started to laugh. Keith looked confused and he said, "do you- do you remember the time when- when we both were going into the pool- and we both got stuck in here?" Keith chuckled,

"Yeah, I do. That was back when we hated each other." Lance looked at Keith and said,

"Keith. I never hated you, in fact I've loved you since the first day we met at the Garisson. I just hated how you would never love me back." Keith laughed,

"So the whole time we were fighting each other we could've been dating?" Lance asked Keith nodded then pecked his lips. An explosion in the hangar caught their attention and they both ran to where the Lions were held.

When the Hybrid and Keith arrived they saw Shiro trying to regain control over the black lion. "Pidge!" Lance exclaimed, "what in the world is going on?!" Pidge was frantically trying to type something in on her tablet.

"I have no idea Lance! One minute Shiro and Black were training, the next Black is destroying everything in sight!" Lance summoned blue chains and flung then on the opposite sides of Black, trying to rein her in.

Meanwhile...

"More Haggar! I need moooore!!!" Zarkon was gaining more power thanks to Haggar and her assistants. He felt the connection to the blue lion and said, "I'm almost in full control!" He felt a rush of energy rush through his purple blood and screamed.

"My lord!" Haggar shouted, "are you okay?!" She rushed to his side, "that cursed Hybrid. We will show him why he never should have betrayed us." Zarkon nodded, weak from the sudden push from the black lion.

"We must show him pain. We need to hit him where it hurts. Where it hurts for all of Voltron! We are going to planet Earth!"

Back at the Lion Castle...

"What the hell happened Shiro?!" Keith yelled at him when they got to the command room.

"I don't know guys! One minute I'm running simulations like normal, the next it's like something else took her over!" Lance floated over to the side of Black and touched it. He felt a wave of dark magic coarse through him then gasped,

"That's because someone else did. Zarkon, to be exact." Allura screamed,

"What?! I though Shiro was the black paladin. Only he can control it!" Lance stared her in the eyes and said,

"Zarkon was the original Black Paladin-" Allura cut him off,

"Well I never!" Lance smirked and said,

"You never what Allura? Thought I would come out of being Zarkon prisoner changed? Different? Did you think I would be normal? Maybe he would have let me out with a pink unicorn stuffed animals?" Allura looked at him with surprise,

"Lance, I'm... I mean I-" Lance scoffed then turned to Shiro and said,

"Look. If Zarkon was able to control black he had to have had help with it. Haggar probably gave him some of her magic or something, if I learned anything from my time as a prisoner? Don't mess with Haggar, she's the powerhouse." Shiro nodded,

"Then we should take her out before we get to Zarkon." Pidge pulled up some kind of picture up on the big screen and said,

"Lance, where were you imprisoned most of the time?" Lance pointed to the -tourture as much as possible- wing and the team growled. "So if I do this... Than that... Then transfigure the software into facial recognition and relations..." Pidge walked away muttering to himself different ways he could better the picture.

Hunk watched as the distracted green paladin walked into a wall. "Ugh!" He exclaimed, then Pidge continued to get walk around the room anxiously.

"Pidge? Dude, you okay?" Keith asked him, but he was to confused with what he was doing. Then Lance leaned against him and ruffled Keith's hair saying,

"I'm gonna go train, Kay?" Keith nodded then said,

"We'll call you up if something happens with tech assistance over there." He nodded then Lance left, but instead of going to the training room like promised, he went to the hangar.

"I should've known blue." He heard a voice say, "once Lance came back I would be off the team and lose the only family I ever had." The blue lion purred interested in his story, "you see. Back on Earth I well, there's no easy way to put this. I died, so when I got the chance to be the blue paladin-when you chose me- I took it, this was the only home I ever had." He scoffed then leaned against the blue lion. The lion purred,

Never fear piolit I won't replace you.

"I know you won't, but the team will. It's the inevitable." Lance ran his hands through his hair, why do humans have to be so complicated?

"You know your wrong." He said coming out of his hiding palace. The blue paladin stared back at him,

"What are you talking about?" Lance chuckled then said,

"Jason, part of what you said was true. I do miss being a paladin. A hero, now, I'm stuck with this... Curse. I have to do things that I couldn't be able to do as a paladin. Besides, I think Blue chose well, you make a great paladin." Jason patted blue on the side then said,

"By the way Lance. I don't care if you're more powerful than me. If you hurt Keith, my brother(metaphorically speaking) I'll kill you." Lance chuckled,

"I wouldn't have expected any less." All of the sudden Pidge's voice sounded over the loud speaker,

"Guys! Get up here! Now!" They took one glance at each other then they ran to the elevator.

When Lance and Jason arrived at mission command they saw a picture of Earth on the hologram board. Pidge looked at them with fear in his eyes, "guys-guys!" They stopped chatting then said, "it's Zarkon. He's attacking Earth." They all looked at the hologram picture and had fear in their eyes....

Yeah!!! I updated!! Party!!! So now Zarkon wants to go to Earth, Jason is the blue paladin, and Lance seems to have a master plan.
