The Shadow

I collapsed in the snow crying my eyes out. What did they mean monster? What did they see? A sudden noise snapped me from my thoughts. I glanced over my shoulder to see a dark figure standing by the tree.
"Um...hello?" I said to the emptiness of the woods. The shadow stepped forward into the light revealing a young men standing there. He was shockingly handsome with deep black eyes and dark coloured hair. His sharp jaw was locked into a smile and his muscles stood out in his black shirt. His hands were in his jean pockets.
 "Sorry I scared you," he apologised.
"I...um...you...um," I stammered.
"Well I came to ask why were crying," He asked locking his eyes into mine. I took a deep breath and began.
 "I lived in the town Winter and I went to judgement day and got kicked out for being a ‘monster’," I explained wiping my eyes. His eyes grew wide and he grabbed my wrist, forcing me to run with him. "What were you doing there?" he hissed.
 "Um I live there," I answered dodging trees.
"How did they let you in then?" He asked laughing.
"I was born there." I replied; becoming more and more confused. I pulled my wrist out of his hand. "Explain or I'm not going with you," I demanded. He sighed and reached forward, taking my face in his hands. Not painfully but he was forcing me to look at him. His black eyes fixed on mine. I wanted to look away but I couldn't. My eyelids became heavy and I couldn't fight it. Before I knew it I was asleep
