My mouth hung open is surprise.

"What?!" I managed to get out. Throne? Sister? Vampire? Was Rose Not my mother? I looked back at Jett to see a serious look on his face. My mind was on overload and millions of question spilled through my head.

"I shouldn't be telling you this now but since you are going to be Queen I guess you should know," He said sternly. I nearly choked on air.

"Queen?!?" I exclaimed.

"Shh! Yes," he answered, "You see vampires can't procreate but our king had an affair with a human and somehow did it. They had twins, you first then Athena. However the human died in childbirth. "Hunters" which are enemies of this coven wanted to kill you kids as you are "half-breeds" so the king, wanting to keep his daughters safe, fled into the snow filled woods. Unfortunately he was killed but hid you guys so you were safe. Athena was found by our search team but couldn't find you. We assumed you were dead so when I found you were in the snow I was shocked." Again my mouth was open.

"Why can't Athena be Queen?" I asked slightly confused on why she can't lead and why they need me.

"Athena is human," he replied simply.

"Wait she said she was a vampire," I stated utterly and totally confused.

"She lied so she could convince you to say you are one," Jett said obviously getting annoyed by my constant questions.

"But I'm not one! And if I were I would tell you." I argued.

"You're a special one," he winked before opening a room almost identical to Athena's except with a mixture of greys, blues and blacks. Although it was a lot smaller and looked more boyish.

"This is my room by the way. I just need to have a shower as. I was out hunting when I found you." He said grabbing some clothes and heading for the adjoined bathroom.

I shifted uncomfortably looking from corner to corner. My eyes moved back to the door and. I screamed when I saw Jett standing in front of me without a shirt on. He had nice abs.

"How did you...?" I began before I was cut off.

"Vampires are fast remember?" He smirked.

"No I don't," I whined crossing my arms. Jett only rolled his eyes and pulled me out of his room.

I sighed as he dragged me, once again, back through the halls.

"Where are we going now?" I whinged; getting tired of walking around all day. Jett didn't answer me and just kept walking. I pouted my lips. What a bitch.

Before I knew it we were back where we started, standing at the big dark oak doors.

"Alright!" Jett exclaimed rubbing his hands together.

He pulled the doors back to reveal hundreds of people sitting in a long hall. I looked to the front of the hall. Two dark brown wooden chairs stood there. Carved into the chairs was vines twirling up the leg of the chair and gems where the two sides met. I pulled Jett close and whispered

"Why are we here?" Only to hear

"It's your coronation."
