If you would like me to review your book please give me this information. You can copy and paste it into the comments or into a message. You can also just leave a comment with all your answers, please number them. Also make sure you only do one comment per book.

Once I have seen your request and started working on it I will delete your form.

Review Form:

1. Book Title

2. Genre

3. Authors Name a/o Username

4. Synopsis

Requirements:

Your story must have at least 5 chapters published. This does not include authors notes or copyright information. Must be 5 chapters of actual story, or you will not get a review.

Your work must follow Wattpad's rules and regulations or you will not get a review and you will be reported.

You cannot specify a date you want your review finished. You also cannot rush the reviews completion. You may however message me to ask how it is coming along or have I gotten a chance to look over your request yet.

If you do not follow my guidelines your request will be denied.

Also I have a right to refuse any request without giving you a reason.

If your request is denied, for any reason, you will have to submit a new form.

Payment:

Must be completed before your review is published. You only have to complete one or the other for the review. Completing both will not result in a better review.

My review will be honest, no amount of bribing will change that. My review will contain constructive criticism, but it will not be overly harsh.

I will not bash you or your writing. I will not provide content that is not my personal opinion in my review.

Every part of your work that I use belongs to you and only you. I will not try to claim it as my own. However the review itself is of my own creation and in any way shall not be replicated or recorded without my explicit permission.
