It had been two months since Lindsey had saved Stevie from Jimmy, they were living happily in his apartment, and did things normal couples do, Lindsey was always buying things for the baby and Stevie loved it
"Linds, I'm seven months pregnant! You're spoiling her before she even gets here!" Stevie giggled as Lindsey had just presented her with a teddy bear.
"Hey, she's my little girl, I need to spoil her!" Lindsey had no shame in buying all the gifts
"But she's going to have no room for anything" she knew they would find a way anyway but it was fun to tease
"We will be fine!" Lindsey smiled and kissed, running his hands all over her belly.
"I know we will."
"She's definetely going to be a daddy's girl! The amount you talk to her" Once again she giggled
"And I honestly can't wait for that!" He was always so excited when they spoke about the baby
"I think you're her favorite," Stevie chuckled, "she never stops moving when you give her the slightest amount of attention!"
"Well she knows I'm in love with her" getting down onto his knees he put his mouth to her belly whispering loving words and placing kisses everywhere on it
Stevie ran her hands through his curls, "You're adorable, Linds, really."
"I just love my daughter that's all" he smiled up at her
"I can assure you that she loves you too!" Stevie placed his hand over where the baby was kicking wildly.
"I would appreciate it if you'd tell her to stop kicking my ribs in though"
"Hey baby, daddy here...can you stop kicking mommy please, I have to deal with the complaining" he whispered the last bit as a joke and received a playful tap
Stevie huffed, "When she gets older I'm going to be in big trouble. You and Daddy are going to team up on me aren't you?" Stevie spoke to her stomach
"Hey we love you" he got up and kissed Stevie hard
"See, I love you" he winked and she blushed
"I love you too. Both of you," She kissed him back
"Look I need to go shopping for your birthday present later, will you be alright here?" Lindsey asked after a little while
"I think so," she nodded, easing herself down on the couch
"Are you sure? Because I can stay if you want to"
"No, I'll be fine Linds" she smiled at him but he was still nervous
"How else will you get my present?" She added
"Good point," Lindsey kissed her lips, "care to join me in the bath?"
"I don't know, can you bare to look at a whale?"
"Stephanie..." he warned "What have I told you about that?"
"You're not fat, you're pregnant," she quoted him sarcastically
"So...get your clothes off and get in that bathroom!" He tapped her butt as she walked past
"I'm going to need help with the first part!" She walked into the bathroom
