"What...?" he sat down from shock
"I can't do this anymore. I can't keep going in circles," Stevie shook her head
"Steph, don't leave me...I can't survive without you..." he looked at her
"Aren't you tired of this? Aren't you tired of going back and forth?"
"Yeah, but I love you enough that it's bearable..."
"I can't take it anymore."
"Please don't do this, look I can get David back, we can have this baby, we can be a family"
"We'd just find something else to fight about. We hate each other just as much as we love each other."
"I don't hate you...not one bit..." he wiped his cheek
"Lindsey...it's time to let each other go."
"I can't...don't take my family away" he cried
"I'm sorry, baby. I can't do this to myself anymore."
"How...how am I supposed to see my daughter from California?" He played with the sleeve of his jacket
"Holidays and you can call anytime that you'd like...I'm not that cruel."
"I need my child and my girlfriend with me all the time, not high days and holidays"
"I'm sorry, Lindsey. I need to do what's best for me.... it's not good for Evie to see us fighting."
"But she couldn't cope with not having me here, she wouldn't eat...and David was so attached to you"
"Then buy a place down here."
"But I need to be able to love you...to touch you..." he got up and ran his hands down the length of her arms
Stevie stepped back from him, "Lindsey I love you, but we're done."
"You don't mean that..." he walked her backwards until she hit the wall, stroking her cheeks softly
"I do, we can't be together anymore. You need to go to California."
"All your things are still at our place, you could come back when things are okay"
"No," she shook her head, "throw them out, I have all that I need here."
"Apart from me..." he said
"Lindsey! I don't know how to tell you anymore clearly! We are over!"
"I almost went to jail to protect you! Does that not mean anything to you?"
"Of course it does! I want to end things before it gets to the point where I can't stand the sight of you!"
"Are you close at the minuet?" He was heartbroken
"No, but I really need for you to go."
"Keep the baby, I'll send money"
"Mom and Dad will take care of me until I can get a job. You need to take care of David."
"But I need to take care of you and my baby"
"No you don't."
"I do, I helped make them, and I want to be a good dad"
"I appreciate that, but I have to make sure that you can feed and take care of David."
