Abrienne, at this state of emotionality, was not interested in attending a party her brother and his best friends were throwing. Unfortunately, her two best friends were very interested, and were going to drag her to the Gryffindor common room by her hair if need be.

Felicity Diggory and Antoinette Elizabeth were currently getting ready for the upcoming party. They danced around their dorm room, posing in all of their dresses, trying to find one that would fit them perfectly in order to woo all the other students attending. Abrienne sat on her bed, watching the two girls make a mess of their dorm whilst absent-mindedly doodling in an old muggle notebook. Olivia Oak, the girls' roommate, was not present at the moment, but there was no doubt that she knew about the party and would come bounding in to get herself ready.

"Abbie, you need to get ready," Antoinette persisted, "we're leaving in half an hour!" Felicity and Antoinette grasped the small girl's arms, hoisting her up onto he feet, making her drop her notebook. She groaned in annoyance as her best friends pushed her into a chair. Felicity began styling her hair at once while Antoinette searched through her wardrobe, trying to find the sluttiest thing she could to attract the most attention.

Unfortunately for Abrienne, Sirius had managed to pack the dresses he got her whilst she wasn't looking; that was exactly what Antoinette found at the bottom of her trunk. They weren't wrinkled at all, despite probably being thrown carelessly by Sirius into the trunk. Antoinette looked at the three dresses, trying her hardest to decide which dress to force her into before choosing the lacy yellow one. She ran over to Felicity and Abrienne and thrust it into her lap.

"You're wearing this, and that's final," She smiled deviously, "and we're wearing your black and red ones." Abrienne didn't bother arguing; she knew she wouldn't win no matter how hard she tried.

Once finished getting ready (Olivia had showed up and requested that the girls get ready faster so she could have the room to herself to get ready), the three girls set out excitedly (and anxiously) to the Gryffindor common room, reading to face the party head-on. Abrienne followed the other two grudgingly, wishing nothing more than to be wrapped up in her blankets, reading her favourite muggle novel.

The three girls padded up the long staircase to the Gryffindor common room, their stomachs growing with anticipation as they grew nearer and nearer to the fat lady's portrait. Antoinette was the only one who knew the password, as she had been visiting John Eliza quite often in the common room in the middle of the night.

Antoinette spoke the password to the fat lady, who rolled her eyes at the excitement of the party and swung open, revealing a full red and gold common room. The room was surging with music and the howls of laughter from already drunk teenagers. Abrienne rolled her eyes along with the fat lady as she stepped into the room. Antoinette immediately disappeared into the crowd, no doubt looking for her 'boyfriend', and Felicity grasped the petite girl's hand and pulled her through the crowd to the food table. She grabbed two cups and filled them with a mysterious liquid that was most definitely spiked and handed one to Abrienne.

Abrienne sipped her drink quietly as she followed Felicity through the common room, stopping every once in awhile to let her friend converse with the other Hufflepuffs that had shown up. She received a few glares every once in awhile, but most of the students had already drank enough to not care about the rumors about Abrienne, and instead had said hello much too loud for her liking. She politely smiled back at everyone, but didn't say a word.

Eventually the girls found Lily by the couches, surrounded by James and Sirius whom were both attempting to make her laugh. She had a scowl on her face, clearly not wishing to speak to Abrienne's immature brother. Upon spotting the other twin, Lily smiled and offered her a seat, to which she gladly accepted. James scowled at the tight and revealing dress she wore, but Sirius only smirked, glad that she was wearing his gift.
