NEW EARTH- Chapter Two

I open the door as quick as I can. It was my crush from my school, well, old school now. I pull him in. "Are you bit?" I asked him as soon as he enters. I lock the door quickly. "No, but if you didn't open the door I would have been." He said. "Well, are you hurt?" I asked. "Nah, I'm alright- wait, aren't you from school? The shy girl who never talks?" He questioned me. "Ya, but I'm talking now so that's good. I-" BANG! BANG! BANG! " Shh!" I whispered. I looked through the peep hole, ew, one of those things were there. It looked into the peep hole and I quickly removed my face. Luckily it didn't see me. Finally after several minutes of silence, it left. " How did this even happen?" I asked. " I don't really know, but I would not want to run a science project on one. You never know what they can do, they won't die unless their brain is dead. And I would never stick around to see if it's really dead." He replied back. " I hope my family is alright, I hope my little sister is fine too, Oh my god what if she's....." I burst out crying. " Listen, They are probably safe right now, I miss my family too, but I know they are safe right now. And don't worry, If we team up, we can probably survive out here." He comforted me. I stopped crying, and dried my face. "So, tell me about yourself," He Said. "Well, I'm not really much of a popular person, I'm only shy because I don't want to get hurt by people I learned to love again. Everyone other than family, I find to be rude, but you, you're different." I replied. "How am I different exactly?" He asked me. "Well, you seem really nice, and cool to hang out with, and not as obnoxious as everyone else at school." I said. "Well, I guess" He shrugged. I turned on the tv and saw turned down the volume really low, "-And now to Jessica with News; Hi, Jessica here with shocking news, a suprising outbreak of what looks like a zombie apocolapse is going on in South Florida, scientists say it won't be long until they hit us, so Everyone be prepared. But only until two more weeks. The government is currently building a fresh new start for earth called 'New Earth', in a matter of two weeks there will be dockings for all Live humans who are eligable to get in a travel craft to get there. They will be scheduled to come to every city with a break time of ten minutes in between every docking. Find a safe place to stay until the two weeks are over." I shut off the tv quickly. "Did you hear that?" I whispered. "If we survive two more weeks we will be safe!" I said. "So, I never really introduced myself properly" He said. "I'm Jesus" He said. "Well, nice to meet you, Jesus. My name is Kelee" I said
