"Lily, the carriage will be here soon!" Sev growled from downstairs.
"I'm coming Sev!" I replied grabbing my trunk and owl cage. My trunk has an undetectable extension courtesy of Sev.
I came downstairs and hopped into the carriage as it passed by the house.
"Bye Sev, I'll write!"
I got up to move into a solo compartment. There are carriages that stop in each country to pick the students up.
"Hey Lily, guess what?!" My friend Julia asked.
"What?!" I asked.
"The Tri-Wizard Tournament is happening at Hogwarts this year. I heard that Madame Maxime is going to pick one student of each year to accompany her there!" Julia squealed.
"That has to be me! Did you hear anything else?" I asked excitedly.
"Nope, we have to wait until we get to school." Julia replied.
I groaned. When at last the carriages landed, I got out and skipped into the Palace smiling at all the ice sculptures in the hallways.
"Lily! Lily!" A French voice called out. I looked amongst the crowd and smiled to find my best friend Fleur looking for me.
Quickly I shoved my way through the groups to hug my friend. "I have missed you Fleur."
"So 'ave I Lily. 'Ow was your summer?" Fleur asked reading from the hug.
"Kinda boring. Did you hear, the Tri-Wizard Tournament is happening this year at Hogwarts!" I squealed.
"I know, I'm going to try and enter." Fleur announced.
We came into the dinning hall grabbing one of the seats near the front to where Madame Maxime sits.
"Attention! In October, I will be selecting three 17 year olds along with the two guests of their choice to come to Hogwarts for the Tri-Wizard Tournament. For those that wish to enter, please see me after dinner. Dig in!" Madame Maxime announced.
Fleur jumped up out of her seat. "What are you doing?!" I asked horror struck.
"To enter of course." Fleur replied.
I ran in front of her. "Did you know there's a Death toll?!" I asked anxiously.
"Lily, relax. Everything will be fine." Fleur said smiling at me.
The weeks flew by. Sev only sent me a few cryptic notes. To watch my back and never show anyone the real me. I sighed, looking in the mirror one night at my chestnut brown hair.
I thought back to how I met Fleur. I was so scared my first year and got lost in the corridors. I bumped into her and she offered to help me find my way.
She started checking around for me, until finally one day, she said we were friends. She admired my silky chestnut brown hair and ocean blue eyes.
I can still remember it. I was searching for the library. I want looking where I was going. "Ah! I'm so sorry!" I said looking up into a pair of blue eyes that mirrored my disgused eyes.
"Et iz no problem. Whaz your name?" The girl asked
"Lily Abott." I answered. Then a voice jolted me back to the present
"Lily! Madame Maxime is picking the three 17 year olds in 5!" Julia announced one October evening.
I ran down from my dorm, to the dinning hall. "The first person to be chosen is Fleur Delcour. Fleur pick the two student who will join you." Madame Maxime announced.
"I choose my sister Gabrielle and Lily Abott to join me!" Fleur announced.
I thought I was going to die of happiness! Finally I get to visit Hogwarts!
