"See Dumbledore, I believed you about Sirius Black, but Voldemort?! It's unlikely!" Fudge said as Harry was about to leave his bed. With the help of Molly and me we pushed Harry back down.

Fudge then admitted that he allowed a Dementor to kiss Barty Crouch Jr. By all accounts, he is no loss!" Fudge blustered

'But he cannot give testimony Cornelius. he can not give evidence why he killed those people." Said Albus.

Fudge kept saying that Albus wanted to make trouble and Albus said, "You are blinded by the love you hold for your office Cornelius! You fail to recognize that it does not matter what someone is born, but who they become to be! Take the steps that I have suggested, and you will be remembered in office or not as the bravest Minsters of Magic we have ever know. Fail to and history will remember you as the man who who stepped aside and allowed Voldemort a second chance to destroy the world we have tried to rebuild!"

"Insane...Mad." Fudge whispered backing away.

'If your determination has caused you to shut your eyes we have reached a parting of the ways. Now Lily, Sirius. I need to discuss with you something important."

When we came away from Harry's bedside did he say. "I ahve placed a powerful protection in  Lily's sacrifice that Petunia has sealed. As long as he calls that place 'home' Voldemort cannot touch him. He needs to return for a fortnight every year until he is seventeen to continue this protection." Albus explained.

"But Dumbledore, Voldemort took his blood, will the protection still work?" Sirius asked sounding skeptical.

"Yes, he has to return. You want him to be safe, right Sirius?" Albus asked seriously.

"Of course. But as soon as the month is up, we'll be coming to fetch him." Sirius said at once.

"Will you be joining your brother Lily?" Albus asked.

"A week. I need to learn  more about Muggles." I replied winking at Harry.
