*at the hospital*

Tony's POV

oh god, I want Ziva to be okay she's in surgery now what if she doesn't make it I won't be able to survive. Just then a surgeon come out with blood on his scrubs, he said "family of miss David" The whole team stood up (including ducky, palmer, Abby and Vance)
"She's a fighter, she has lost a lot of blood, she flatlined three times." That made my heart sink. " She is very weak and vulnerable so I suggest no more than 2 people in her room at a time." The surgeon said. "Tony you just go we all know how much she means to you, tell he we will come see her later." Gibbs said softly. That made me smile. "She's in room 225" the surgeon said. I found room 225. I took a breathe and opened the door. She was awake.

Ziva's POV

I heard the door open and saw Tony standing there. "Hi" I say. "Hello, how are you Zi?" Tony asks. "Truth or lie, lie, I'm fine, truth, i feel violated and vulnerable and weak. " I say. Tony sits down next to me. "Tony can you... please lay here with me?" I ask. "Sure" Tony says as he lies down next to me, he puts his arm around me. I feel safe in Tony's muscular arms, he must think I'm asleep as I hear him whisper "I love you Ziva, At Lo Levad." "I love you too Tony always and forever" I say. "You're still awake Ziva?" He asks. "Yes but very sleepy I meant what I said though" I say as I drift off to sleep.

Tony POV

I can't believe Ziva was still awake but I actually told he how I felt I can't believe she feels the same way. I watch Ziva as she actually falls asleep, she is so beautiful I am going to tell her that when she wakes up because I want her to know she is beautiful especially after everything that happened, I'm going to kill them after what they did to her, I start feel Ziva stirring around and mumbling in her sleep, I shook her shoulder not to hard I don't want to hurt her and she jolts up and yells "stop!" She starts crying. "Shhh, I'm here Ziva, it's just a bad dream I won't let anyone hurt you."  I say to her. "Thank you Tony, I love you." Ziva says as she drifts off to sleep. "I love you too Zi" I say to her as I kiss her forehead then wrap my arm around her protectively.

Gibbs POV

I see my two agents cuddling and see Tony wrap his arms around Ziva and comforting her after everything that happened. The rest of the team came up behind me and we all agreed that they finally came to there senses and told each other there true feelings. "What about rule 12 Gibbs?" Abby asked. "They are meant to be together Tony's Shannon is Ziva. Also I'm decided to wipe the rule because I suspect there's something going on between two other people on my team." McGee and Abby just smile at each other.
