Before Tony's departure say in the middle of season 13.

Tony's POV

I'm driving home from a long stressful day. I arrive at my apartment and unlock the door..

I hear noises coming from somewhere in my apartment "who's there?" I yell. What I see amazes me, she has beautiful chocolate eyes, brown wavy hair, "Ziva?" I say with my voice breaking. "I've missed you Tony it was a huge mistake leaving you and I have something to confess." Her accent was thicker. She went to the bedroom and picked up a little girl. "I hope you don't mind Tony our family is here but I understand if you don't want us in ur life I left you I completely understand that. But first I want you to meet Talia Kelly Scarlet DiNozzo. She's our daughter Tony." My jaw dropped..

I stood there frozen for a minute or two, "Tony... Tony can you hear me?" Ziva asked concerned. "Huh, yea just a lot to process" I answer truthfully.  "I'm sorry Tony, I regretted not coming sooner but I had no idea how to tell you." Ziva said. "Ziva, I am a little sad about not telling me sooner but I understand but I am the happiest man on earth. I love you so much Zi please move in with me? Pleaseeee?" I asked begging.  "Tony, I would love too" I said truthfully, "this is you Aba Tali do you wanna move in with him taletah? Ziva asks Tali. "Yes ima" Tali replied. "Wow, she is good with her Hebrew isn't she?" I said. "Yea, I've taught her since she was born." Ziva said.

"Ziva, make me the most happiest man ever, Ziva David will you marry me?" I said getting down on one knee. Ziva had tears in her eyes as she said "yes Tony I will be your Mrs DiNozzo." Let's just say once Tali was asleep we had an eventful night.
