Dipper's POV (Three weeks after being at the Mystery shack)
"Hey Bill," I spoke into the phone.
"Hey Pine Tree," Bill greeted.
"I miss you!"
"I miss you too."
"When do I get to come back?" I asked sadly.
"Why, homesick already?"
I nodded, but realizing he couldn't see me I said yes.
"Soon my little Pine Tree. Soon."
"But how soon?" I whined.
"In good time."
"You always say that."
"I always mean that," Bill countered.
"Anything strange going on there?" Bill asked suddenly.
"No. What do you mean by strange?"
"Oh nothing. Well I've got to go! Rooms to paint! Stuff to organize! Bye Pine Tree!"
"Wait Bill don't-"
I could hear the click signaling he had already hung up. Sighing, I rolled over on my bed and looked out the window.
What did he mean by 'rooms to paint'? Maybe he's doing something at the cottage?
I rolled my eyes before heaving myself up from the bed. Walking outside I found Mabel swimming in circles in her pool.
"Hey bro bro! Up for another swimming lesson?" She asked happily
"Sure," I said walking over to her.
I shifted into my human form, and took off my shirt and shoes.
"I think someone had one too many cupcakes," Mabel said giggling.
I looked down at my stomach. It didn't look fat, but I could tell I was putting on some weight, thought I didn't really understand how. I was usually active most of the time. Finally shrugging off Mabel's observation I hopped into the cold water.

(One week later)
"Grunkle could you pass the chips?" I asked eagerly.
"You already ate over half of the bag!" Mabel whined splashing in her tiny kiddie pool we had set for her in the TV room.
"But they are so good!" I yelled taking the back from my Grunkle's outstretched hand.
Within a few minutes the bag was completely empty. Wait a minute why am I so hungry?!
"Dipper can I have some now?" Mabel whined again.
"Umm..."
"You ate them all?!" Mabel screamed tossing the bag aside.
"Dipper that was a double sized bag!!"
"Uh sorry," I apologized licking the crumbs around my mouth.
"Dipper this isn't the first time you've eaten the entirety of something without sharing!"
"She has a point," Grunkle Stan added in.
