Chapter Three

Napanganga na naman ang lahat dahil sa sinabi ni Ares, pati nga si Jacob ay napatigil sa pagbabasa at napanganga rin.

What's the big deal?

"Michael! Your virus has affected the King!"

"Omo!"

"Sa ngalan ng Diyos, umalis ka sa katawan ni Ares at manahimik" sabi ni Michael dahilan upang makatanggap sya ng malutong na batok galing kay Ares. "Bastardo!" sigaw ni Ares at umupo nalang sa mesa at pinikit ang mata.

"Bakit ganun reaction nyo?" mahinang tanong ni Airkan ngunit sapat na para marinig naming lahat. "Because he never did that before." Sabi ni Jacob habang nagbabasa. "What 'that'? Be more specific." I said without looking at him. Narinig ko syang tumikhim saglit at tumingin saakin, "That. He never talked to a lady before, well if not necessary. He didn't even bother to introduce himself when we joined the group." He said then fixed his glasses.

"Yeah! Especially that 'milady'! It sound sexy but damn uncomfortable in the same time!" Grace exclaimed. Glecy nudge her then told her to behave. "It's true! Even Jacob talked! As in WOW! That guy talks?!" Grace exclaimed and Glecy nudge her one more time.

"Shut up. Where's Zeus?" Ares asked, his eyes still closed. Glecy rolled her eyes, "With his gi—"

"YOW! Na-miss nyo ba kagwapuhan ko?" a boy entered the house with open arms. "Here comes the bad weather" Glecy mumbled.

"OH! May chika babes! Hi, what's your name sweetheart?" he said then winked. Eww, I want to puke.

"Hmm. You don't like sweetheart? How about sweety?" he said then take a step closer.

"Honey? Babe? Mahal? Mura?" then a step.

"How about ba—"

"Take a step closer and you're dead"

Natigilan naman yung lalaki at tumingin kay Airkan. Humalaklak ito, "By who?" he said between laughs. "By her." Airkan said then pointed at me.

Napatigil naman yung lalaki at tumingin saakin, tumingin ulit sya kay Airkan at ngumisi, "Let's not be a chicken and settle this on the BG instead?" nakangising sabi ng lalaki. "BG? Battle Ground? Sure, just don't come near my sister. I don't want any bastard near my princess." Lalong lumaki ang ngisi ng lalaki. "Follow me." He said then went to the basement below the stairs. Everyone came along to watch the fight.

Seriously? They won't stop Zeus? He might get hurt!

The Battle Ground is located below the basement. It is a wide area with different weapons around. Knives, sword, shields, armor, hammers and more. Zeus picked up a long and sharp sword, "C'mon little one. Pick any weapon." He said, mentioning all the weapons in this particular room. But, to their surprise, he just shrugged then sighed. "Faster. I'm hungry you know." He said then looked up, exposing his Adams apple.

"Cocky, eh?" Zeus said but Airkan just smirked. "Tell me if you're done. I'm getting bored" ani ni Airkan with matching hikab pa. Sinamaan naman sya ng tingin ni Zeus at pumwesto. "Your wish is my command, little one" nakangising sabi ni Zeus pero tinignan lang sya ni Airkan.

" 'Di ko alam kung sinasadya mo ba o hindi. Pinapatamaan mo ba sarili mo, ah?" yumuko sya para mapantayan si Zeus. "Kase ang alam ko... mas maliit ka saakin, little one" pang-asar nya kay Zeus.
