Preference! Sleeping Positions

Hello everyone!

Here's something for you guys this week. Make sure to ask for one-shots or give suggestions to preferences in the comments! I enjoy writing these, especially if it's for someone else.

SLEEPING POSITIONS:

Keith: When you both fall asleep, he assumes the typical big spoon position, with his arm firmly fixed around your waist. His head digs into the back of your neck, his soft and warm breath clinging to your skin. Due to his training and upbringing, Keith is a light sleeper. He's always ready to jump up from sleep and confront any intruder that tries to sneak in. You always feel safe sleeping next to him, knowing that he'll protect you no matter the circumstance!

Lance: Lance prefers you being the big spoon. He loves it when you cuddle up to him with your arm around his waist, your head digging into the back of his neck. You don't mind it since he's quite warm to snuggle up against. He sometimes snores, but it's always soft and almost soothing. He feels safe and loved around you, something that he hasn't felt from anyone in quite a long time since he lost his family.

Hunk: Your nights with Hunk usually end with you and him talking up a storm about how both of your days went. This means that both of you are facing each other to see the other's expression. When you get tired and start to drift, he pulls you close to his chest and places his chin on top of your forehead. You don't mind it of course, since the sound of his heartbeat is quite relaxing. It's also a comforting feeling to know that no matter what happens, you'll always be loved by this big tough guy, no matter what happens!

Pidge: She's not much of a cuddler, and prefers not to engage in such activity. This goes even with you, but that doesn't mean she doesn't care. She sleeps back to back with you, giving a sense of trust and protection. She's not as much of a light sleeper as Keith, but she still will wake up at small sounds. You sleep well enough knowing that the person you love is watching out for you where you can't see: over your shoulder. In turn, she trusts you to do the same, something that a girl like Pidge isn't prone to do.

Shiro: He is what's known as a starfish sleeper, with arms and legs sprawled all across the bed as he lays on his back. When you both fall asleep, completely exhausted from your day, you usually end up on his chest with his human arm wrapped firmly around your waist to keep you in place. The soft rise and fall of chest is quite relaxing, as his breathing is always steady. He loves to stroke your hair to not only help you fall asleep, but to help him do so as well. With all the stress and struggle that's happened in his life, your presence and touch always seem to make things easier. You give him strength to carry on.

Allura: Even though she's one of the most important factors of deciding the fate of the universe, she still has the heart of a little girl at times. Before falling asleep, she'll talk your ear off about her day, weird revelations she's made, all the way to a completely random topic that makes no sense. What makes you happy about it all, is seeing her get excited and bounce around like a little puppy. When sleep does come (in which it usually doesn't come quickly), you two are facing each other. both hands wrapped around the others. If she really feels tired from working all day, or if she's just in cuddle mode, she pull you closer and dig her head into your chest. You always giggle when she does this, because it's just too darn adorable watching her snuggle up in such a manner. After a long day of working and making adult decisions, she loves being with you. She may be over 10,000 years of age, but you make her feel like a kid again.

Coran: Sadly, Coran doesn't sleep a lot. He's always on guard when Allura is off resting, and sometimes doesn't sleep for three days straight. You get a little frustrated when he does this, but he compromised with you by letting you sleep in the room wherever he worked or stood guard. Even if you couldn't be in the same bed, you were still determined to be with him so that he didn't feel left out. Sometimes though, the wave of exhaustion sweeps even over Coran, and you'll wake up on the couch with him sitting next to you, fast asleep. Taking your chance, you curl up in his lap, feeling his warmth. When he wakes up, he starts to get annoyed but stops himself. He doesn't admit it, but your persistence makes him smile. He didn't think he would ever find someone to love like this, but he's glad he got the chance!
