Fernanda sat in the medical center while Bat floats around in the bacta tank. His face was severely burned and damaged but he had received early enough help. The permanent damage wouldn't be too serious. Fernanda was wiping tears from her face as Mute comes in with Scout and Rocky to see her. She hugs them.
"Mom? Are you ok?" Rocky says.
"I'll be fine..." She says.
"Is dad going to die?" Scout asks with some slight energy in his voice.
"No. He isn't going to die." Fernanda tells him.
He mutters something under his breath as Ian walks in.
"Fernanda." He nods.
"Hey Ian." She says and hugs him.
"How's he doing?" Ian asks.
"He's alright. No serious damage. Some slight scarring to his face." Fernanda says.
Ian chuckles.
"He still looks a lot better than I did." He says
Fernanda smiles a little.
"Hey uh, I'm taking a team and we're headed out on a mission." Ian tells her as he grabs her arm gently.
"What? Where are you going?" Fernanda asks.
"I have to help Stormer with something...personal." Ian says.
"Who're you taking?" She asks.
"Just Stormer, Derma, and Xan." Ian says.
"Alright. Be careful. Take The Lobster." She tell him.
"Alright. We will. Thank you." Ian says.
He turns to leave and sees Rune walking down the hall with a bandage around his waist.
"Hey kid." He says.
Rune turns.
"Oh hey Ian." He says.
"Damn, you look strong enough to strike down Darth Revan." Ian says.
Rune chuckles.
"Stop." He says smiling weakly.
"You doing alright?" Ian asks him.
"Yes sir." Rune nods.
"Alright. I'll see you later kid." Ian says.
"Yes sir. See you later." Rune tells him as he watches him walk off.
Ian walks outside toward Stormer who was talking to Xan and Derma. They look over at Ian as he walks over.
"You ready?" Stormer asks.
"Yeah. Let's go. She said we can take The Lobster." He tells them.
"Alright. Let's move." Xan says and slings a duffle bag over his shoulder and picks up his rifle.
They board the frigate and they set their stuff down in the "living room" area and Stormer and Xan take their seats in there while Ian and Derma head to the cockpit. They lift off finally and head toward Tatooine.
"So Stormer, you told me that Aldo is a smuggler and a mercenary?" Ian asks.
"Yeah. He's often hanging out on Tatooine working for Jabba." Stormer says.
"Alright then. That's where we'll start." Ian says as they set a course to for Tatooine.
"Assuming he still remembers us." Derma says as she pulls the lever and they blast off.
