It was still pretty early by the time it was time to go. 6:30 am to be exact. I was making breakfast my luggage laid by the door, ready to go. Ren was half asleep as he waited, in his pjs, for my homemade breakfast for the last time. I smiled at his state, and finished up the last of my cooking. I grabbed plates and set the food on the table.

Hey, I said softly, Ren, breakfast is ready.

Hmm, okay noona, he replied groggily, starting to slowly eat.

I chuckled, as there was a knock at the door. Mark must be here. I got up and opened the door, and I stood smiling at Mark, who happened to have a fresh bouquet of my favorite flowers. He turned, blushing, and handed me the flowers.

A going away gift, he chuckled.

They are beautiful, thank you, I motioned for him to come inside, as I grabbed a vase from the kitchen.

After putting the flowers in water, I heard a stomach grumble.

Hungry there? I playfully smiled at Mark.

Maybe, haha.

Lets eat before we go, I motioned towards the kitchen.

Heading into the kitchen, I noticed a sleeping Ren, and an empty plate. I smiled and cleared away his now empty plate. I grabbed another one for Mark, placing food on it, and handing it to him. I pointed towards the living room silently, signaling to eat in there. Mark quirked an eyebrow, until I pointed at my sleeping brother and then he understood. We both headed over to the couch, and talked for a bit.

It was soon time to go. I gently woke Ren up, and hugged and kissed him goodbye, as Mark loaded up his car. Mark signaled that he was ready to go, and I pouted a bit.

What will I do without you? I asked Ren.

More importantly how will I survive without you? He laughed a bit.

I grew teary eyed, and hugged him tight, Ill call when I land, and get to my apartment safely.I love you.

I love you too, be safe, okay?

Always, and you too!

Of course!

Mark smiled at the sight, before saying, Alright (Y/N)-ah, we have to go before you miss your flight.

I sighed pulling away from my brother, and heading towards the car. I didnt look back, though I desperately wanted to. Mark waved to Ren, and got into the car. We drove for what seemed like forever, as we just talked about anything and everything we could possibly think of. Once we made it to the airport, I didnt want to get out of the car. I nervously looked out the window, hesitating.

Youll be fine, Mark noticed my nervousness.

What if Im not?

Then Ill be here waiting for you, open arms. If you get scared, you can always come back, and Ill be waiting.

How can you promise that?

He laughed, Because I love you (Y/N), and I believe in you even more.

I blushed, shocked. I took a deep breath and got out of the car, turning around, Thank you. I needed to hear that.

All he did was nod and smile, as he got out of the car and grabbed my luggage. Stopping at the doors, I hugged him as tight as possible, before kissing his cheek and heading inside towards my terminal. I didnt look back at him either, I knew I couldnt. I would only want to stay longer, and I knew that this was my one shot at chasing my dreams. Mark.if things had been different, there is no doubt that we couldve been. Im sorry, goodbye for now. My plane was announced to board and headed for the line to do so. This is it (Y/N), the future awaits you.
