Chapter Part 9: Do You Want To See My Boobs?

My family decided that we were going to go to the Lake of the Ozarks for a weekend. 

"Who all is going?" I said.

"Kolt, Hunter, Grant, You Scott, the dog, and I." Is what my mom said.

****The Next Day****

I got out of practice at 5:30 p.m. and my mom picked me up at 6. I was not ready at all. When I got home I ran straight into my room and started packing. 

I found out that we were leaving for the lake on Friday. I had no school on Friday so she picked me up on Thursday. 

We went out to eat with some friends because it was her birthday. After we got done eating we went to the Eagles to hang out and play pole. 

****Friday****

We din't leave the house until 10:30 am. I wanted to leave for the Lake sooner, but we had to wait for my mom's medicine to be ready. Bandit doesn't like car rides at all.  My mom ended up letting him sit in her lap for 3 hours straight. 

When we got to the lake we unpacked everything from the car and put it in our rooms. We had to go to  the pet store to get food for Bandit. After we got done in there we went to get some food to make super for the night. Scott called Kolt.

"Hey bud have you guys ate yet?"

"No ok don't because we are going to Hyvee to get food."

"Ok did you guys find any worms?"

"No."

Once we got out of the store we went to a fishing store and found worms.  

We get home and I went straight to the deck to get my fishing pole. 

I didn't catch anything. We ate supper and then just hung out in the condo until all of us went to bed. 

Hunter wanted someone to go with him to check fishing lines. No one would so I said I would go.  I told him about how Kolt's girlfriend wanted to key his new truck.

"Why?"

"I don't know. I heard her and Cass talking about it in practice."

"You need to tell him."

"I will later." I said.  After that I went to bed.

Kolt and Hunter started talking about Grants girlfriend. I was shocked and pissed off because Grant didn't have the guts to tell me.  

****Next Day****

Kolt, Grant, Hunter, and I went out for breakfast. We went to Denny's. I didn't have any money because I couldn't find my wallet. I just ordered a water and had Kolt pay. 

" Grant I dare you to ask for a beer when the waitress comes back." Hunter said.

"Ok."

When she came back to ask us what we wanted he said it. 

"Ok what Kind."

"Budweiser."

"I don't think so. What do you really want to drink."

We all order and when our drinks came back Grant took a drink of his and made a funny face.

"This orange juice is nasty."

"Let me try it."  Kolt asked and took a drink.

"Yeah that is bad."

"I did not want really watered down OJ. I want orange juice."
