Krystal and her mom busy preparing dinner at the kitchen while their dad watching television at the living room. They'll have special dinner for that night because Jessica going to introduce her boyfriend to her parent.
"Soojung, where is your unnie?" Mrs. Jung asked for her older daughter who is still haven't come out from her room
"Maybe she is still get ready mom, you know her beloved boyfriend will come later so she need to look good in front of him" Krystal smile sheepishly to her mom
"Ayy Soojung, you are good at that stuff nowadays huh?" her mom teasing her
"I'm a big girl now mom" Krystal winked and her mom shook her head lightly
"Hey mom, Krys" Jessica appear at the kitchen doorway
"Oh hey Jess, I thought you're sleeping upstairs" her mom teasing Jessica
"Aishh mom, how could I sleep on this time? It's still early" Jessica said nonchalantly
"Say the one who can sleep anytime" Krystal remarks
Jessica about to roar when her mom quickly cut it "Sooyeon did your boyfriend know the way here? You didn't fetch him?"
"He knew mom beside he always visiting Tiffany house and spend time at Hwang's before"
"Did they are relatives?"
"No but they already knew each other and become close together till now" Mrs. Jung nodded
"When did he will come?"
Jessica glance at the wall clock "He will come on 7 PM"
It was 7 PM sharp and the doorbell rang. Jessica quickly goes to front door
"He is punctual mom" Krystal whispers and their mom nodded then they giggled
While at the front door
Jessica opened the door and her favourite boy smile sweetly at her
"Hey hubby" she hugging Taeyeon
"Hey dear, am I late?" Taeyeon kiss Jessica forehead
"No, you come on time" she said
"Ok" Taeyeon said and deep inside his heart he felt really nervous because this is the first time he meet with his lover parent
"Let come in hubby. Mom, dad and Krys are waiting for you" Jessica towed Taeyeon and they enter the house
At the dining hall, Jung's family already took their seat at dining table while waiting for their guest. Few seconds later, Jessica came with her boyfriend. Mr. and Mrs. Jung welcome him with warm smile
"Mom dad, this is my boyfriend Kim Taeyeon" Jessica introducing him to her parent
"Hi Mr. and Mrs. Jung" Taeyeon bow to the elder and they bow back
"Drop the formality Taeyeon, just call us aunty and uncle" Mrs. Jung said and her husband nodded
"Yes aunty" Taeyeon smile
"Sooyeon why you don't invite Taeyeon to seat down, did you two will stand up until we end our dinner?" Mr. Jung joking
Jessica smile sheepishly and they join them at the table
"So Taeyeon, how long was your relationship?" Mr. Jung asked
"Today is our third week since we're couple" Taeyeon said while the Jung awe on how sharp Taeyeon is
"Did you go to the same school?" Mrs. Jung asked
"Yes aunty and we go to the same class" Taeyeon smile
"Did you live around here Taeyeon?"
"I live at elite neighbourhood area not far from here but my family live at our mansion"
"You live alone?" Mrs. Jung asked excitedly
"Yes aunty, I stay at my own house around two years ago and I live alone" he said coolly
"Wow, you're really amazing" Mrs. Jung remarks
"There is nothing special aunty" Taeyeon said
"Yes but not much teen in your age dare to live alone and handle everything themselves like chores, groceries and laundry." Mrs. Jung comment. She found that the guy in front of her are really special beside his good look and well-behave
"My mom who decide for me to stay alone so that I can learn how to take care of myself and handle everything on my own so that it wouldn't be difficult for me if I go somewhere alone without maids and them. That's why I end up stay alone at my house but she always monitored my from time to time on few months after I move in to make sure everything handled well" Taeyeon explained and they nodded. Jessica impress on this side of Taeyeon that she never saw before. He's really friendly, respect the elder and humble. No wonder Tiff's family feel comfortable with you, she thought.
"Heard that Sooyeon and Soojung, both of you must learn from Taeyeon about life and don't always depends on your mom to do everything" Mr. Jung said and Taeyeon chuckled
"Ayy dad, we also can do everything ourselves, right unnie?" Krystal said
"Yes dad" Jessica nodded agreed
"Say the one who can't even cook" Mr. Jung said expressionless
"Dad!!" Jung sisters glare at him
"Aigoo guys don't bickering in front of our guest" Mrs. Jung interfered
"Your mom is right" Mr. Jung said
"It was dad fault who embarrassed us in front of Taeyeon oppa" Krystal whimpered
"Alright alright just continue your fight tomorrow" Mrs. Jung said innocently while Taeyeon and Mr. Jung laugh
"By any chance Taeyeon, are you the son of Kim Corp. owner?" Mr. Jung changed topic
"Em yes uncle. You work with my dad company?"
"No but your dad company had business line with the company that I worked with and they are really no jokes on handling business and your dad are really strict and determined when it comes to business" Mr. Jung compliment
"Yes uncle, he is but when he's a funny person outside of his business world. People will not expect he is strict when he's not in works" Taeyeon said
"Did your parent ok with your relationship, you know we had too much difference" Mrs. Jung asked hesitantly
"Don't worry aunty, mom and dad always said that they don't care with who I coupled as long as that person really loved me for who I am and not love me because of my wealth also love my family as I am. Dad always remind that every human are the same but the difference is what they had and money is not the matter in relationship because it can't bring us the real happiness" Taeyeon said calmly and again Jung family amazed on humble the Kim family and how they thought about other.
"You are really good person Kim Taeyeon and your family are really well-manner" Mr. Jung patted Taeyeon shoulder
"I'll bring all of you to meet them one day like what I do with Tiffany family" Taeyeon smile assurance
"Tiffany as in Tiffany Hwang?" Mr. Jung asked shocked and Taeyeon nodded
"You know them?"
"Yes uncle, I always spend time at their house for dinner or lunch and sometimes for study with Fany. I told my parents about them and they already met twice" Taeyeon said
"Ok Taeyeon. But one thing that you and Sooyeon must make sure is to focus on your study. Don't make too much affection and no sleepover yet. You got what I mean right?" Mr. Jung said in serious tone and Taengsic couple nodded
"I don't want to be young grandfather" Mr. Jung added coolly and the other eyes widen
Later Jessica blushed while Krystal and Taeyeon chuckled. Mrs. Jung smacked her husband hand "Language Mr. Jung" she glared.
