I woke up and stretched. It was like already 6:30 and school starts at 8:00. I got up and my knees hurt like hell. I looked down and saw the bruises had gotten a little more darker. I walked over to the my bathroom and peed. After i walked out and walked over to the vinly player and put on edge of seventeen by stevie nicks. I walked over to my balcony and opened the doors allowing fresh air in my room followed by bird chirping.i started dancing in my pjs which consisted of girl boxers and a tangtop.
I walked over to my closet and picked out an outfit.

After i showered i was in my robe sitting at my desk applying my make up. Which sometimes its hard because im pale and some brands literally don't have my shade color.i applied a maroon color all over my lid and blended it with a dark brown color. I did my lips a matching color and kept my face blank i didn't really need contour for this look and blush wasn't something id wear.
Graysons pov
I woke up and shifted my legs over to the side of my bed and looked out my back patio thing. I noticed ruby had music playing also she was sitting at her desk with a robe on . my eyes wandered up her pale legs to up where she was applying stuff to her face. She stood up and changed the record. I give her props to keep up with that old thing. I smiled when she was playing dream on by Aerosmith. She started to play airguitar with her skinny fingers. I laughed at her goofyness. Anyways i needed to get ready for school.
I decided to wear black ripped jeans with a plain white tee and vans.
Skip to 1st period"aka chem" back to ruby pov
I was sitting in my seat and grayson came a few moments before the bell had rung. "ALRIGHT CLASS SETTLE DOWN" mrs. Williams yeeled across the room. Dang she was already cranky. "Today you will get familiar with your partners and discuss what you both what will be doing" she sat back at her desk. I sat there not sure whether to tell grayson i was his partner or let him find out by checking the list. He got up and went back looking at the paper. Well there goes my first option.
He sat back down on his seat and looked straight i felt the awkward tension and im pretty sure he did too.i looked down at my lap and fiddled with one of the buttons to my skirt. "So umm did you want to work on the project at your house so ethan won't bother us..if thats fine with you?"i looked at him and his face had no emotion on it. "Yeah sure I'll just tell my mommy first and then you can come over around six"he nodded his head and went back to looking at his phone. Meanwhile i was gathering information on our project.
Skip to after school
I got off the bus and walked to my house. I unlocked the door and walked over to the kitchen to call my mommy thru the hoise phone. "Hello?" "Hey mommy its ruby i just wanted to know if its fine if grayson comes over so we can work on a project?" "Lisa's son?" "Yeah" "Thats fine with me tell him i said hi" "Ok bye mommy love you" "Love you too rubs stay safe and theres left overs in the fridge!" "Ok bye"i hung up and made myself a pb and j samich.
I walked upstairs and smiled once i saw that my room is something that represents me for who i am. I put my bag down on the side of my bed. I sat down and decided to take a nap. I grabbed my alarm clock and set a timer for two hours. (Ok me i always take a nap after school that last 3 hrs)
I woke up by my alarm clock beeping. I turned it of and pushed snoozed for. 15 minuets . after that i actually got up i fixed my hair and got out my laptop and other stuff i would need. And mommy doesn't come back from work until like at 8:30.
"Hey (y/n)!"i firrowed my eyebrows and walked out in to my balcony. Gray was standing out on his too. "Yeah whats up?" "ima head over right now " i nodded my head "ok "i walked back in my room over towards my desk and heard foot stomps on my room i turned around and screamed. "Omg what's wrong with you?"i had my hand over my heart. He was breathless we were both starring at each other. "How the hay did you jump over?" "its not that far plus i backed up and ran " i nodded my head. Still looking out the balcony. He laughed . i snapped out of my stare from looking out side.
" Anyways so let's get started?" i asked while looking at him. "Yeah cool"i walked over to my bed and pulled out my text book on one of my shelfs. "Hey don't you ever worry that there all going to fall on you one day?" he asked . i shrugged my shoulders"i guess but waiting for the moment is the fun part. ...i guess" he looked at me wierdly then laughed a little while nodding his head side to side in a no way."what?"i asked curiously"nothing you're just something.....else "i looked at him and nodded my head slowly. "Ohhkay" he opened his laptop. Btw he sitting on my desk chair while facing me. "Oh and do you mind if i put on music its like my life i can't function with out it"i said while chuckling. Play song "Yeah i don't mind plus i always hear your music from my room" i walked over to my vinly player. "Really?" he nodded his head"im sorry i can keep it low from now on if you'd like?" "nah its all good plus i like your taste" "ok " i pulled out a record and played ballrooms of mars by t rex.i turned around and looked at gray . he nodded his head in approval. I sat down on my floor by my bed.

I put my book on my lap and flipped threw some pages and i felt graysons stare on me. I looked up and saw him staring at my knees. I looked at them then back at him. He snapped out of his stare and looked back at his computer. I did a quick smile and looked down. I was taking notes on different types of molecules.
While gray was setting up the google slides and titles and was already adding pictures. I was halfway finished we would finish the rest of the project most likely tomorrow. I closed my book and stood up. "Well grayson it was nice working with you but my mother is heading home pretty soon sooo.." he closed his laptop. And stood up "yah no worries we'll finish it tomorrow" he said while slinging his backpack over his shoulders.
"Do you um want to use the front door or hop over again?" i said while rocking back and forth on my heels. He laughed a little "i think it be best if i were to use the front door" i smiled ok lets go. Then i realised this would be his first time in forever going through my house. I walked down the hallways down the stairs and looked back and saw him smiling at a photo of me gray and ethan when were small at the lake. I looked back foward and made it to the front door and opened it. He walked out and turned back."see you tomorrow" he waved back. "Bye see you tomorrow!"he smiled and walked over to his house. Maybe we we'll end up going back to the old times. I closed my door.
