Chapter 53

The third-person POV - London

Lillian could barely contain her happiness. Tears were overwhelming but she knew better than wasting any second there.

When she got inside the tunnel with her friends she was trying not to ask questions and concentrate on getting away, hoping she can do more from outside the castle, but still there were questions that she couldn't ignore in her head

"How did you guys find each other? When did you come back Elli? Is Louis alright? Where are the others now? I had heard rumors about a movement formed by the name of Harry in it, but I thought it was just rumors between the soldiers... "

Ashton suddenly took Lillian's hand for faster movement and replied," I was following a lead to find your mother, and when she entered their house, I listened to what they were saying from the window and found out they are related to you and want to help you. I wanted to come see you in the palace for a while but they didn't allow me!! So this was the best way... "

Ellie kept the torch tighter and focused on the map in her hand, saying," This way ..."

After turning that way she continued," The situation isn't very interesting out there Lillian. I mean that is ... It's no good. Nothing is ok... Louis and Harry are planning a revolt, but the thing is... I think, Harry has other plans ..."

Lillian put her hand on her chest to take a breath when they stopped.

A strange fear in her heart...

Well, her mother was found. Elli and Ashton were saving her, Miriam was on the way back, and she herself hadn't lost her baby. This was good news but there was also bad news facing them.

Her father had gone to a war which plan's was in enemies control beforehand.

The palace was taken by traitors. Samuel was sold rat, being French's good bitch. There was no news of Jeremy and in worst case scenario he could be caught by the traitors.

Louis and Harry was planning a riot... and Harry was likely to be doing the wrong thing for the right purpose.

When they finally got to an exit way the sky was dark which was even better.

Elli explained that they were using a different valves so were someone else outside the resort, they wouldn't doubt them.

Before opening the valve, Elli get rid of the torch and she went out first.

Elli's courage was new for Lillian. A smile appeared on her lips by seeing her new character.

After Ashton went out, the boy helped her go out the hatch so they can get away from there together.

When they were running Lillian was beginning to feel her breath taken away, she couldn't run like before.

It didn't feel like it had really passed two weeks from the time Salman had told her about the timings of her pregnancy. For Lillian entering the third month had passed like a blink of an eye.

Weeks full of stress. Not eating proper food for some part of it, being lonely and afraid ... But now it was all over.

Now she was able to help her people... or maybe even could be with Louis and help him for their freedom... She would explain him how the misunderstanding had separated them and would tell him that she would forgive him again.
