(13) Birthday Cakes and New Dollies

I know it's not May anymore but I kind of need this for the story so.. I know that doesn't really matter anyways, but I just feel I have to say something.

Today was a big day, 4/17/08.

"Savannah wake up..." Josh cooed as Tyler was behind him cupcake in hand with a little candle lit right in the middle of the purple and pink swirled icing. Once Savannah's eyes fluttered open her smile grew so big the sides of her eyes started to crinkle and the dimples in her chin were showing. In since Tyler and josh immediately said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS!" They sang the little birthday tune and let Savannah blow out her candle. After that Savannah ate her cupcake while Josh got her her first present for the day. "N' PRESENTS TOO!" Savannah squealed with cupcake still in her mouth as some crumbs fell out of her little mouth. Once she finished her cupcake and Tyler cleaned her fingers and mouth, josh gave her the pink and purple with a white bow wrapped present. Savannah's eyes glistened as she saw an American Girl Doll. It was the one she saw in the magazines the even though it didn't exactly look like her that's the one she wanted.

"ITS THE DOLLY I WANTED!!" Savannah jumped up and down with the boxed doll in her arms hugging it tightly. She finally took the doll out and hugged it. After getting dressed and ready for the name she had finally picked out a name for her new doll, Livi. Breakfast they are at a little diner that Savannah lived to go to. The meal was amazing, Savannah had pancakes with a smiley face while Tyler and Josh both had triple stacks of pancakes.

After breakfast, they all went to Savannah's favorite store. The local toy shop near the corner. As they walked in Savannah already knew what she wanted for the one thing she was allowed to get in here today. She walked back to Tyler and Josh with a ballet outfit for her doll, since Savannah was gunna start ballet soon. Josh went and paid for the outfit while Savannah looked for a little more for the time she had. After their day of fun out dinner was coming around the corner and Tyler had her favorite meal prepared at home, Tacos. Both Tyler and Josh's families were there to celebrate the little ones birthday for dinner as well. Tacos flying down the throats, (At a beach in Michigan. Sorry I had to. Comment if you know the video that I'm talking about.) and the sound of munching satisfaction was at the dinner table. At last it was time for Savannah's cake. It was obviously pink and purple with 6 white candles on top and her name in pretty white cursive letters. After they sang for her once again and she blew out her candles they all ate a piece and it was time for Savannah's last present from Josh and Tyler. As she opened the little envelope it was tickets to go to Disney world. She squealed and jumped to go hug her dads. After that she opened the rest of er presents from the rest of the family. They mostly had consists of barbies or Barbie clothes and or tutus for ballet even a ballet bar for her room with the mirror. Once everyone left and said there goodbyes with hugs and kisses Josh, Tyler, and Savannah all went to go watch a movie. They decided on little mermaid and enjoyed the rest of their blissful night.
