Sophia and I groaned and followed Sam out the door.

Welllll...time to go meet out new "family" for the time being.

Ugh. I hate people.

As soon as Sophia and I got outside, Sam was already shifting and running toward the borders.

Sophia yawned and looked around sleepily. I chuckled and nudged her,"hey, do you really want your mate to see you like that?"

Sophia's eyes widened and she high tailed it into the house. I laughed quietly and stuck my hands inside my sweatshirt. I slowly scanned the area,watching for anything out of place. I shrugged seeing nothing. I closed my eyes and plop down onto the ground. I lay on my back and start to sing rebel love by bvb quietly.

I grin as I finish the song . rebel love song and love isn't always fair are my favorite songs by bvb. I love all kinds of music ..pretty much everything..even opera. Don't judge me . Anyway...I wonder what kind of music my mate likes. He seems like a hardcore screamo guy but you never know. Most people think I'm all about country and pop music but to tell the truth I don't really like either of them. Sometimes it just depends on who is singing the songs. I-

My thoughts were interrupted by the snapping of twinges and pounding paws. I quickly opened my eyes and jumped up instantly alert. Sam came walking through the trees with who I'm guessing is the moonlight pack alpha.

Sophia came running out of the house in a black long sleeve half-shirt with grey baggy pants that have a flower design on them and black heels. She bounded up beside me and grinned, "record time baby."

I laugh quietly and nod my head over to where ,Sam and the moonlight packs alpha was standing. Sophia looked over and her eyes widened and she froze. Confused, I frowned at her then turned to follow her gaze. The moonlight pack alpha was sniffing the air. His gaze sliding over everyone until his gaze landed on Sophia. His eyes darkened and he let out a low feral growl,"mate.mine,"Sophia's breath caught and she hid behind me grabbing unto my sweatshirt.
