Corrina's point of view

My eyes grow wide as I realize what that whole situation might have looked like to Festus. I stiffly and awkwardly walk into the sanctuary hoping he wouldn't bring it up again.

I approach the table that astrid was usually leaning on when I return from missions. I sit on the edge of the table and wait for the two men to come in. My stomach was hurting for more than one reason.

After a moment I hear the door open. I see Festus approach me with concern in his eyes.

"Child! What is all this talk of you being the Listener?" He ordered for a response.

" I am no Child Festus, you must respect me more now that I am in fact, The listener." I state, He had been on my case from the day I arrived here and this was a good way to gain the respect that I wanted.

" So it's true....My apologies." He says to me while bowing down.

Just then Cicero walks in....fastening his belt? I guess I shouldn't ask?

" Right....So now that you know about that, I need you to help me with something." I say hoping off the edge of the table and wobbling over to the man.

" Anything I can do, I will., My Listener." He says again. Hehehe, I could get used to this.

" Very Good! I busted my head open bad, perhaps minor concussion. Do you have any healing spells that could help with this?" I ask losing my hard head vibe, I don't want to be an ass. I just needed some respect.

" Oh well. The school of restoration isn't something I am completely Familiar with." Festus sighed disappointingly.

" Then what are you good for?" Cicero says riddled with angst.

" Killing... Anyways as I was going to say, I do have minimal training in it. So I can help heal you, but it will just get rid of wound. The internal damage must be healed by a professional." He grunted in his old rusted voice.

" Well anything you do will be highly appreciated. I almost can't stand this headache. Lets just get this over with." I moaned in slight announce that nothing more could have been done.

After saying that I was in bad pain, Cicero began to pout more. Be became distant once more and stopped squeaking and cheepiring.

Festus shrugged and put his finger up and signaled for me to come towards him. He spun me around and examined the wound. He scoffed and said something about it being pretty bruised and having a major lump.

I wondered if he was going to even do it, then it happened. I felt a warm glow swarm my body and every inch of my body feels slightly better. It had helped the few scratches on my ankles from sneaking in the bushes. For a moment there I almost fainted, I started to lose balance. I felt Cicero hold me up in place. I opened my eyes and saw him in front of me with a concerning smile.

His smile didn't look real, it seemed fake. Like he was trying to comfort me, but he himself was unhappy. It made me sad to see him like this after we shared such a great...moment.

Then all of a sudden the Magica drains from my body and my wounds seal up. The magic had done its trick. Or from what I could tell, it at least stopped the headache.

" That is all I can do for you. I suggest you ask someone to run into town to get you a few more healing potions, then you should rest more." He instructed me kindly.

" I don't have time. I must leave for Valundrune immediately. The Night Mother has spoken to me and I must do as she tells." I say regaining myself.
