Hello everyone. Surprise there is a chapter up. I got really excited about this one. Hope you all enjoy this one especially the spicy ending. XD

Btw there is a picture of what the ship sort of looks like in my mind, but if your imagination is way cooler than stick with it. Just thought of giving you some ideas. The music I chose because it sounds awesome. Plus the title is very befitting for this chapter "Breach of Trust"

I could feel the cool night air drift in from under the thick curtains. As I wandered through, my feet would avoid the hand woven rugs, so they enjoyed the cold, unwinding tiles. After everything that had happened, it felt pleasant to be able to just ease the pain from my feet.

Sadness and grief slowly began to fall on me all of sudden. The dark thoughts started to cover me. It cloaked me under its power and shadowed me until it rested in my chest. The pain from the my tragic loss left a hole in my heart, too large to heal.

The deaden feeling inside seeped into the wound and filled it with despair.

My legs moved on their own accord. Their purpose was unknown to me yet I did not stop them either. Soon I was walking down a hallway. Familiarity of my surroundings dawned on me, swiftly causing my throat to restrict my breathing.

Why was I here?

I shuddered, the temperature suddenly dropped from a blissful coolness to a deathly freeze. The limited light in the hallway played ghastly shadows across the walls and doors. I could feel the sense of death still lingering here and I swallowed hard, stopping the cry that threatened to escape.

I picked up the pace and quickly moved passed all the closed doors. As a young girl, it was not wise to have been wandering about in the dead of the night. Especially since death was still raw and wild in presence amongst these walls.

Eyes were watching me. I could feel it, even when there was no one there.

A few more steps were all that was needed to lead me to the bottom of the staircase, away from eeriness of the corridor. Just as I was about to turn left a figure stepped out from the shadows.

I yelped as I jumped back. My eyes wide with fright at the intruder.

"Princess Saniya, what a coincidence . . . to see you . . . Here!" The voice slurred as the man stepped into the light.

My rigid muscles relaxed as relief settled upon me. I blew out a breath as I felt myself loosen up a little. It was only Salem.

I placed a hand over my chest in an attempt to calm my erratic heart. "Salem! You gave me a dreadful fright," I whispered harshly. I was not glad to see him though.

My last encounter with my so called friend had left a bitter taste in my mouth. I frowned at him and folded my arms across my chest as I recalled what happened last time. "What do you want?" I growled.

My eyebrows dipped sharply as I glared upon the sandy blonde man, waiting for his answer. The low light casted dark shadows across his face and for some reason I felt the hairs on the back of my neck rise up. He took another step forwards. Then my nose instantly picked up on something.

Alcohol. Salem reeked of it and I gagged at the overwhelming power of the stench. I felt queasy and my eyes gazed over his light blue ones. He looked like he was half asleep with a lop sided grin painted on his face. But what gave me shivers was the way he was looking at me. A predatory look of hunger was in his eyes, making me have the urge to cower away.
