Chapter 35

ANNA'S POINT OF VIEW

It's been four days. Four days since I've talked to Niall. Liam texted me today to meet for lunch. I talked to Louis yesterday after his date with Kurt. other than those two I haven't talked to the boys in what felt like forever after being used to living with them. My mind was wandering as I walked the streets of California. I could hear the clicks of cameras coming from cars and bushes. Do the paparazzi really think they're that secretive? The sun was warm and bright so I stopped walking and pulled my big dark sunglasses on. I looked back up to continue walking when I was greeted by a group of girls. They all had big smiles on. They looked like they were star struck, which is still a weird feeling for me... cuz I'm just a normal person, broken but normal. I smiled back warmly as one of the girls spoke up,

"Hi! My name is Katie ad I just wanted to say that I love your hair! The red really suits you,"

"Why thank you!"I laughed as another girl spoke up.

"Can we take a picture?"

"Of course! Do you girls all know each other?" There were probably seven or eight girls.

they all got closer in as a business man walking by offered to take the picture. Meanwhile, another girl spoke up,

"My name is Alexis, I'm the oldest. These are my sisters, but our seven year old sister is still home with our five brothers."

"Holly shit. thats a lot of kids. Your parents were busy," I laughed and the picture was taken.

I spoke up again, "I wish I had siblings, its pretty lonely being an only child. But I had good friends," I left out the part about everyone at school hating me.

One of the girls gasped in realization, "Wait! You knew One Direction before they were famous!"

"Yes, I met Harry at a dinner party and we started dating and he introduced me to the rest of the boys. At that point they were just an unknown band playing small gigs and stuff at high school parties."

Katie hades me a pen and picture. All of the girls had the same picture. It was old. The picture was of Harry and another girl. She had a really bright smile and her eyes were sparkling with happiness. It was taken in Florida. My hair was still blonde. My face had no piercings except my ears. These girls happened to find my Facebook that I haven't updated since I left Florida. Looking at this picture, I remembered what it was like to be happy. A younger girl spoke up. Se was probably 15.

"Why did you change?"

Alexis nudged her with her elbow warningly. "Jenna," she hissed.

"Its okay, really," I assured Alexis. "It's a very long story but Harry and I broke up. A girl at school who hated me was always flirting with him and she kissed him at the end of the year party. He didn't have time to push her away before I saw and ran home. I was pretty much hated by everyone at school. That's another story," I laughed dryly. "Then I fled to Cali. Only to run into the boys after years of me trying to change. I'm still very good friends with the boys." I whispered, "Don't tell the paps but I'm going to meet Liam for lunch." I giggled at their oh-my-god-i'm-so-freaking-jealous expressions.

One girl who looked deep in thought decided to speak up, "You should write a book. It could be called 5 boys 1 girl,"

That sounds like porn I thought.

"Or it could be called Before Fame or something,"

I giggled at her corny book titles but really the idea wasn't bad. The girls started to say goodbye and I hugged them each, following them on twitter.

"I'll tell Liam you said hi!" I gave a final goodbye before continuing on my walk.

The clicking cameras continued as I finally arrived at Sushi 25. I walked in and immediately I recognized Paul standing in the back of the restaurant. He smiled at me as I made my way back. We bumped fists as I passed him to sit next to Liam. Liam stood up to give me a hug.

AUTHORS NOTE

Hey guys I know its short but I really wanted to update again. I will try to update today or sometime this weekend but please don't hold me to that cuz today is my last day on vacation. I'll be on the plane tomorrow morning and afternoon so I wont have internet to type and that night I have a birthday party. I will try to do another update tho!! I hope everyone is enjoying this book but we are nearing the end D: i know its sad!! I think at most there will be five more chapters, but it may be less.
