HANNAH'S POINT OF VIEW
Harry's lips were soft on mine, and I was so focused on the familiar sensation that I didn't realize the tears that stained my cheeks. Harry didn't seem to notice either as he continued to kiss me gently, yet passionately. I finally pulled away as my eyes fluttered open. The first thing I saw was the intense emotion in Harry's emerald green eyes.
He wiped away my tears with his thumb, and whispered quietly, with concern adorning his features, "Why are you crying"
"I don't really know. I'm just happy I guess,"
Harry smiled brightly, causing his dimples to indent into his cheeks. I smiled back, like a teenage girl who had just got her braces removed. My stomach was full of butterflies and my mind continued to replay everything that had just happened in my room. Harry sat beside me on the bed and wrapped his strong arms around my shoulders, urging me to lean my head on him. I didn't resist as my head fell comfortably in the crook of his neck. Silence fell upon us for a few moments before my lingering smile faltered.
"What do I do about Niall?"
Harry winced slightly at the mention of his friend.
"I don't know. Wait until he moves on?"
"I guess,"
Silence fell upon us again, but not for long as an idea danced to the front of my brain.
"Everything is almost perfect. I'm back with the boy I love. I love who I am. I've seen my mom again after years. But there's one thing that I need to fix, to make this trip truly life changing.
"And what's that?" Harry asked curiously.
"We need to find my dear friend Alice" My voice dripped with sarcasm as I spoke.
Harry grinned at me. "That, I'm sure I can help with."
I pecked Harry on his cheek before standing up from my bed, "Let's join everyone back downstairs."
Harry stood up to follow me and he reached for my hand, but I pulled it away. Hurt flashed across his features and my heart sunk at his assumption.
"Harry, I want to, I really, really want to. But, we can't torture Niall."
Harry nodded and I smirked back at him.
"Besides, we aren't even dating," I gave him the best smirk that I could and he responded with a throaty chuckle.
He followed me down the stairs back to the living room where my mom and everyone else were sitting on the couch. Harry took a seat beside my mom as I stood in front of everyone. I cleared my throat as everyone turned their attention to me.
"I've decided that while I'm back home, it's a good time to resolve old discrepancies. I want to find Alice, and I'm not sure what I'm gonna do, but I feel like I need to see her again. And I think I will need the members of the fabulous One Direction to help me."
Louis stood up and spoke first, "We'll always help you Anna,"
"Oh yah, one other thing. I want you guys to all call me Hannah." I smiled as I looked around the room at all of the people that changed my life, and have always been there for me.
"Why don't I go make some sandwiches for you guys and then you can go looking for Alice." Everyone nodded in agreement with my mom and Niall followed her into the kitchen mumbling,
"I can help you,"
It was a nice gesture but I got the feeling that he just didn't want to be in the same room with me and Harry. I felt bad, but this situation was inevitable.
