"Oh, no!" Pidge yelled, they stared at the giant carrier ship. "Please tell me there's not a giant monster in there," Hunk pleaded, "Please tell me it's empty! Or full of space candy! One of those two. Either one is fine." "I don't think it's a pinata, Hunk," Lance stated. "If it's the same kind of monster that attacked us on Arus, we already know how to beat it," Keith said. The Green and Red lion heads came together, a sword unsheathed from the Red lion and the shield appearing in front of the Green lion. "Hold your ground!" Shiro warned.
"Guys! I don't Zarkon would send a monster that we already know how to defeat!" Olivia yelled, the carrier opened and revealed a monster. "That makes sense," Pidge said, a laser be powered up from the green light in the middle of the monster's chest. The monster shot out a green hyper beam, Voltron using the shield and being pushed back. "It's not candy!" Hunk whined. "And it's not the same monster! Olivia's right!" Lance yelled. Shiro grunted, Voltron moving to the side to avoid the laser beam. "We need to draw its fire away from the Balmera's surface!" Shiro informed, Olivia made Voltron move to the other side and using its boosters.
The monster stopped the beam, floating into the air and shooting another beam towards Voltron, Voltron put the shield in front of it to shield itself. The paladins groaning from the sudden pressure and Voltron moved to the side, dodging another beam. The monster shot another beam, Olivia pushed one handle up and the other down making Voltron moving in a circling around and coming towards the monster. The monster stopped the beam, Voltron standing in front of it and going to slash it with the sword, but the monster ducked down and moved behind Voltron. "It's coming from the back!" Olivia yelled. The monster shot out a beam from its robotic eye, Voltron turning around and getting hit in the side, almost falling towards the ground until it used its boosters.
Voltron moved to the side, avoiding a beam then into the air and avoiding another beam, flying away from the monster. Voltron turned around as it landed on the ground, shielding itself from another green beam from the monster and getting pushed back a little. "We can't hold out!" Lance informed. "My lion is weakening! If the shield sustains structural damage, we're done for!" Pidge explained. "Pidge is right!" Keith yelled. "Oh, Pidge is right. I'm the one that said, 'We can't hold out!'" Lance yelled. "Lance, watch your footing!" Keith yelled, Voltron falling back and the shield parting into two and everyone groaned. The Pink lion's head in the ground.
"Okay, Team Voltron, disband!" Shiro ordered, Voltron disbanding. "Everyone, evasive maneuvers! It can't shoot all of us at once!" Olivia yelled. The monster opened out its arms, multiple lasers shooting out. "Okay, it can do that too," Olivia said. The lions dodged all the green beams from the monster, the lasers stopping as soon as the monster got shot. The monster turned its robotic eye towards the Castle with the particle barrier on, shooting a beam towards it. "Keith, try to draw its fire! Olivia, make a dust storm!" Shiro yelled, "I'm coming in from above!" "Roger!" Keith said. "Yes, sir!" Olivia responded.
The Pink lion got on the ground and started running incredibly fast in a circle. The monster was in the middle and it couldn't shoot anywhere because the Pink lion already made a dust storm. It was hard for the monster to see clearly with all this dust.
