Samantha was 16 at the time. It was late at night so she decided to go on a walk to look at the stars and maybe stay up until the sun comes out. "What's that boy looking for," Samantha asked herself, seeing a 14 year old boy looking through bushes, "Huh?" She hit something with her foot that she hoped wasn't alive. When she grabbed it she soon studied it, the object was a telescope. Samantha walked over and held it out to the boy with both hands. "You were looking for this, right?" She asked him. "Y-yeah!" The boy answered. They both sat down to look at the many stars across the dark sky. "Do you like the sky?" Samantha asked, not taking her eyes off the stars. "Yeah," The boy answered. "I like it too," Samantha agreed, "There's a wonderful feeling I get when I gaze at the sky." Her voice sounding so graceful. "A wonderful feeling?" He asked, she stood up on her feet. "Well, you can see the sky from anywhere, right? No matter how far apart you may be, you're connected somehow..." She answered, the young boy looking at her as she sat back down. "That is true," The boy agreed. "And I like the night sky a lot. I like the bright sky at noon too, but... What I really want is to travel to space so I can be closer to the sky! I'm about to go live at the Garrison dorms after all!"
"Huh? You're scar..." The boy noticed, he looked closer at her but Samantha lowered her head, "Makes you look super cool... and pretty." "Other people stare at it ever since I got it because it's hideous. I lie to people about how I got it but it's actually from a car crash," Samantha said, she sounded sad. "They stare because how graceful you are and I never thought it was hideous," The young boy explained, Samantha looked at the boy in surprise. "I'm Samantha Parker. And you are...?" She informed, a smile on her face. "I'm... Takashi Shirogane," He answered. "Hmmm... Can I call you Shiro?" She asked. "Shiro?" Shirogane said, he smiled, "Sure! How old are you, Samantha?" "Currently sixteen but I'm in in ninth grade well also in the Garrison. That's because I was born at 11:59 on December 31 but the school district counted me as I think your grade. But why?" "Even though you're two years older then me I think I'm falling for you," Shiro said, giving a big smile with blush on his face. "Man, for a confession that was pretty much out of nowhere but I think I may be falling for you too," Samantha replied to his confession, "If you like stars and space you should join the Galaxy Garrison with me. You would make a better awesome legend to talk about. Think of it. The one the only Shiro!"
