(POV: You)
You woke up around 3:35. It was dark outside and you couldn't see a thing. The wind howled like a wolf while the leaves rustled in the violent breeze. You realized you were thirsty, so you turned to your other side to wake Johnny up, but he wasn't there.
"Johnny?" You called loudly. Where had he gone? He was with you when you had gone to bed. You checked your phone for a text or a missed call - anything from Johnny, but their was nothing.
You tried to call him, but his phone had been left on the nightstand on the other side of the room. You felt your heart sink as your heard his ringtone. You weren't sure what to do except to cry a little. You were alone and helpless.
That's when you heard it.
The door downstairs slowly squeaked open, the old, rusty hinges rubbing against each other. You felt your heart skip a beat as the door shut and foot steps perused. You started to gasp for air, you weren't aware that you were holding your breath the entire time.
The steps got closer and closer as each second passed. "Are - are they coming up the stairs?" You thought frantically.
Soon, the steps had reached the top of the stairs and you started to become even more nervous. You looked around for any sort of weapon to defend yourself with, but all you could find was a golf club (the same golf club, in fact, that saved your life the first time there was an intruder in you home).
You pulled the blanket over your head as you heard the door knob to your room turn and the door open. The foot steps of the person were muffled by the carpet, giving you no idea where the robber, or murderer, or whatever, was. You felt your heart skip a beat as the blanket was slowly lifted off your head and you couldn't help but scream.
"I'm sorry, _____, I didn't mean to scare you!" It was Jimmy, his red eyes glowed in the pale moon light.
"J - j - Jimmy?" You were barely able to stutter.
Jimmy sighed. "I didn't know you were awake. I'm sorry."
"It's fine, but, but you didn't, did you?..." You looked at Jimmy's clothes. His hoodie had a large crimson red spot in the middle of it.
"It's not what you think, ____, I..." Jimmy cut himself off.
"Then what was it?" You asked nervously.
"Never mind what I did, I think there's something you need to do." Jimmy walked away from the bedside.
"Where are you going?!" You panicked. You didn't have a clue what was going on, first Jimmy comes home in the middle of the night from who knows where, and then this?
"I'm standing here, and you're coming to me." He said nonchalantly.
"Jimmy, you know I can't walk!" You whined.
"Just try." He pleaded.
You sighed. "Jimmy, I ca -"
"Try, damn it!" Jimmy hissed. His eyes turned deeper red as he filled with anger. You had never seen anyone - much less Jimmy - so irritated before.
Not wanting to aggravate Jimmy any further, you pushed the blanket off of yourself and used your hand put you leg on the floor. But instead of the nothingness you normally perceived in you foot, you felt the warm carpet. "J - Jimmy, I can fell the carpet again!" You shouted excitedly.
"Keep going, move your toes, your legs!" Jimmy smiled.
You looked down at your foot and thought very hard about moving you toes. To your surprise, they moved. "Jimmy!" You gasped.
You tried to move your leg, and just like your toes, it moved, too. You put your other foot on the floor without using your hand and you stood up. It was a miracle when you were able to successfully walk all the way over to Jimmy, just like before you got hit by the car.
"You did it!" Jimmy hugged you tightly and you hugged back. It was the most wonderful thing that had ever happened to you.
You smiled as you whispered to yourself. "I guess miracles can happen..."

Fanfiction~Before you read it, please know that this story is pretty old. I didn't quite have the right idea of how to really write a full on story, which is part of the reason it it 75 freaking parts long. There are some things that are a bit underdeveloped...
