Johnny and _____ are arguing about something. I think it's about laundry. How silly. I'm the insane one and I don't see a point to this quarreling.
It's very upsetting to see _____ upset, and even more so knowing that your brother of sorts is behind her suffering, and since you share the same body, there's nothing you can do about it. I want it to end. I want to sweep _____ up off her feet and tell her to worry no more. I want to see her smile and I want to see Johnny suffer for his crime.
The expression may use the word crazy, but I'm always crazy. I'm normal for her.
