Lauren's POV

"Ouch!!"

"Sorry. Just don't move Maxi, I'm quite finished." I said as I put a bandage on the right side of his hardcore abs. He had such a muscular body. 😍💪

You must be thinking what happened to him. Well here you'll know;

Flashback

We were walking along the corridor to our class, Max and I, when Bryan came to us (we were near the lockers) and said:

"Hey babe. How you doing?" he said with a little smirk. I just wince at him. He was just about to grab my waist when Max came in front of me and said,

"Don't dare touching her." I love it so much when Max gets protective for me like that, it's just so sweet.

"So what? Huh? What will you do?" Bryan replied, still with a smirk, and came closer to him.

"What will happen is that I'll kill you for hurting her." Max the put his hand into a fist which became totally white and looked at him while gritting his teeth.

"Try me!" Bryan said and grabbed my wrist tightly.

"Ouch!! Bryan, it hurts. Get off of me!!" I yelled, making some students to look at us.

Max just push him, making Bryan to let go his tight grip. It's then that the fight really started.Max had such an angry face and looked a bit scary, so did Bryan.

After that Max pushed him, Bryan just gave Max a punch straight in his left jaws and he felt on the lockers. I just let out a big gasp and then Bryan turned to me, smirking again. Seriously! This guy is sooo creepy!!

"Hey Bryan!!" Max yelled from the back. Bryan turned around and POW!! On the Big Nose Bryan!

It's then that Bryan became really angry.

He threw Max on the lockers again and swung his arm to punch him but suddenly stopped to the voice of the Principal yelling: "Bryan Okana in my office, NOW!!"

End of Flashback

"Max...sorry for getting you in such troubles."

"Hey Laur, it's ok. As long as I can protect you, I'll do anything. And thanks Doctor. Haha " He chuckled then gave me a really cute reassuring smile

I just smiled and blushed. Max is so cute when he smiles, specially when he shows his dimples.

*Beep*

It was Max's iPhone and he got a message, I think.

"...Sorry Laur, I have to go. But we can see each other tomorrow?"

"Sure, no problem. I see you tomorrow so. And thanks again." I said

We hugged each other and I accompanied him to the front door. I gave him one last hug and he hugged back. I felt myself so comfortable in his arms, I wanna stay like that forever but he pulled away. I watched him going at his house. Then closed the door,and slid down the wall whispering to myself,

"What did you do to me?"

Max's POV

After hugging Lauren, I walked back home and as soon as I went in, I was greeted by Chloe, my little sister.

"Max!!" she said with her cute little voice.

"Hey Clo!" I picked her up and hugged her. After that I put her down and Jody came to me,with the phone on her ear,

"Ok, wait a minute.....Max, honey, there's someone on the phone for you."

I looked at her a bit confused but took the phone.

I waited for some seconds and said,

"Hello?"

"Max......" I recognize this voice. I stood there, my eyes wide open and completely shocked.
