"I can't believe anyone could enjoy this." The Beast said.
Casey shrugged. "I don't understand it either, but this is like an impure stomping ground if there ever was one."
The Beast looked at all the people around him and glared at them. He pushed the black baseball cap further down his face. While the hair made him look different, the Beast didn't want to take any chances that someone might recognize him.
The two stood off to the side of the bleachers, wearing hats to hide their faces. They wore big jackets and jeans to blend in to the sea of people. Casey had her blonde hair hidden in her cap and the Beast wore dark sunglasses. Casey put her hands in her jacket pocket and the Beast had his arms crossed. The two stood close together, watching the event play out before them.
"A football game causes this mess?" He sneered. Casey shook her head.
"Nuh uh uh. A homecoming football game. You know, with the whole crowning of the Homecoming king and queen. It's a big deal in high school." Casey explained.
"Wouldn't know. I wasn't around when Kevin was in high school." The Beast said.
"You're lucky." Casey said.
The Beast twitched. "Kevin wasn't so lucky." Patricia said.
"We'll get them back, Patricia." The Beast said.
The loud whistle from a coach interrupted their conversation.
"We're close to halftime. We'll have about thirty minutes to pick our targets and find a way to get them alone." Casey said, scanning the crowd for any potential targets.
"You said there is a crowning ceremony?" He asked her.
"Yep. Should happen during halftime." She told him.
"What kind of people usually win these sort of things?"
Casey smiled at how clueless he was about high school life. "Usual bitches. The popular kids, the cheerleaders, and the football players." They watched the football game until the buzzer went off, signaling halftime. They watched the festivities play out as the band played and the homecoming court was announced. The queen was named Jessie Banks and she looked like every popular girl.
The long blonde hair, the slim figure, the tight dress that barely covered her body. Casey thought she looked like Claire. The king was their star quarterback. His name was Justin Gideon and Casey could tell he thought the world of himself. She slapped the Queen's butt and smirked at the crowd. His speech was all about how great he was and he ended swaggering off the stage. Casey and the Beast looked at each other as the the court walked off the stage.
"Well, Casey. I see we found our first two guests."
Since Casey was around their age, she walked around the the other teens, hoping to hear of a party or something that would make it easier for them to kidnap the impures. She went to sit in the bleachers behind some kids around her age and ease dropped on their conversation. At first, it was all boring talk, but then it got interesting.
"I hear that Justin is going to take Jessie to the make out spot tonight after the game." The boy said.
"Huh. The same one he takes all the girls to?" The girl sneered.
