As Malice peered out the window of her castle, she admired the explosion. Tempolia, her home planet, was in ruins. Bits and pieces of fiery debris clouded the space around her. It wasn't the only planet that Malice was going to cause pain, however.

"Ready my troops for invasion." Malice demanded to General Brinks.

"At once, my lady," General Brinks replied and scurried off to ready the troops.

"Prophecy. That was some prophecy." Malice muttered.

The patter of footsteps was growing nearer and nearer to Malice, then several explosions that created a ring of fire around her.

Malice put her hands out to push back the flames when she was struck from behind. She collapsed to the ground just as a masked figure wearing all white revealed themself from the shadows. The figure dragged Malice's limp body out to the balcony and sat down on the black bench.

"What trouble you have caused, Malice." The figure stated looking over to view the rest of the galaxy, unable to keep their eyes on the Ravenette. They could see all the planets, all that were left. The figure looked out and saw Genosis, Maverick, Rouge, Albea Point, and what remained of Tempolia.  Malice gasped, pulling herself from the ground before regaining a shred of her composure.

"Who in the name of the galaxy are you!" She exclaimed throwing a strand of ice at the masked figure. The figure laughed and fiery embers shot from their hand, melting the ice that Malice had thrown.

"Why? Why Tempolia? Why kill all those innocent people?" The figure asked.

"They betrayed me! I  was supposed to be Empress of the galaxy! Not Anna." Malice yelled, her soul burning with rage.

"The darkness has consumed you. Just as the Emperor warned me." The figure stated as they began the process of taking off their mask.

"Grainger!" Malice gasped as the figure revealed himself- her son's face.

"Malice you can't keep this up. At some point, Anna is going to find you and destroy you! She won't accept her fate and neither will you! Surrender." Grainger begged. Malice was shocked. She had not seen Grainger since she left him on Maverick nearly ten years ago. She would recognize the Raven, wavy, hair and ice blue eyes anywhere. He had a muscular build, easily surpassing Malace in height and psychical strength.

"Grainger, you could join me! We could rule the galaxy." Malice pleaded, eyes widening as Grainger continued to look past her. At those words, he head snapped back to her.

"No, Anna rules the galaxy." Grainger sighed, grimacing all the while.

Grainger stocked down the hallways, not bothering to look back at her as the hysterically screamed his name. He shook his head, willing the memories not to come rushing like a flood through his mind. The memories that he'd tried to forget for the past ten years. Nothing seemed to work. Horrific memories of his mother leaving him on that wasteland of ice - the planet of Maverick.
