Chapter 3

I was on my way back to reach my destination where Sonia was waiting for me. The drive was barely ten minutes away and then the rain started with loud roar of thunders.

"God! Only that was remaining" I cursed under my breath and speed up my bike to reach soon. By the time I reached there, I was completely soaked in the rainwater. My clothes were dripping water and I was shivering with cold. I parked my bike at the corner of the road and glanced around for a familiar pink glasses and a cute face. Then I saw her standing under a tree holding my file to her chest tightly like it's the most important thing on the planet, the ever so charming Sonia my cutie pie. She was looking so hot and so cute at the same time. standing under that tall banyan tree Her eyes were searching something or someone and that something was probably me. She was shivering with cold as she had become partially wet standing under it. Her silky hairs were dripping water, giving her more enthralling look as ever. I walked in her direction, towards her and then recognition crossed her features when she saw me. I stood in front of her and she handed me my file without any word of acknowledgement that made a frown appear on my face.

What no words not even an acknowledgement. I mentally yelled.

Great! Just Great!

"Thank you " I said starting our conversation, politely.

"Your welcome" she ended it as soon as I started it.

God girl! Nothing just the end as soon as it began.

"Come I will drop you home since you missed your bus for me." I said offering her a ride. I couldn't let her go home in such whether by herself no it was utterly dangerous with such beautiful features.

"No its okay I will manage. Beside my home is just ten minutes walk away. You can go." she said still looking at her shoes. Even Though we had been in the same class since 3rd standard but it was the first time I was talking to her and I was feeling glitters in all inside my body, they describe in movies. I was enjoying every second of it. Just looking at her, gave me an unknown happiness.

"No I can't let you walk all alone in such bad whether. Come I will drop you. There is no harm in it." I said in a commanding tone and gave her my famous end of the discussion look with that I turned towards my bike and hopped on it. But she was still standing there lost in her own thoughts. She was so reluctant to hop on my bike.

'What's wrong? Doesn't she trust me. Does she afraid of bikes? ' I thought.

'Don't be ridiculous Surya. You have just met with her. Don't draw any conclusion our of it!' My concise explained.

'But she knows me since 3rd grade' I thought.

"Look just trust me to okay. I am no harm I promise I will just drop you home." I said give her my best assuring look.

"No that's not the matter Surya." She said nervously looking at her shoes.

I did a happy dance in my mind on bad shah's latest song move your lakh. ( I like Diljit though).

She just said my name from that cute little mouth of hers.

'And every living being speak from their mouth I think' my inner voice mocked me.

'Shut up you idiot let me focus.' I snapped.

Did you hear it? Guys she just pronounced my name from her super delicate mouth.

It was just so damn sexy.

Wait why the hell is she nervous?

"Then what's the matter Sonia" I asked as calmly as I can.

"it's just that I am not allowed to ride with any boy. My family is so strict about it. If they ever come to know about it than I am surely dead." she said still playing with her fingers.

"Ooh! That's it Na." I smirked.

"Yeah! So I thing I should get going. I am already late." She said and started to move .

I quickly hopped off my bike and started to walk with her but she stopped after a step or two and I stopped with her.

"Why are you walking with me. Aren't you late to deliver that file. ?" She asked.

"Yes I am surely getting late but I can't let you walk alone in such a rainy night. You know it can be dangerous. "I replied

"But Surya my family!"

"Look you family has forbidden you to ride on any boy's bike right but we're not riding right we're walking so technically and logically I can accompany you. "I said giving her my best innocent look.

"Hahahahah very funny." She replied sarcastically.

Wow!! This little delicate girl can deal with sarcasm too. I wondered.

'Of course Mr. Rajput if you forgot she is a human being too. If I may enlighten you. ' here came that devil voice again. And with that we started our little journey towards this princess castle in this rainfall. Not hand I'm hand though! But that was okay with me.
