Third point of view

"She seems innocent," Seohyun looked through the glass that showed Eunji sitting in the small room.

"Don't trust that. You need to find out what she is hiding"

"How do you know she is hiding something?"

"Everyone has secrets. Even girls like her have secrets. Why else would we be here if that wasn't the case?" The police chief watched Eunji with a observant eye. "Because a girl just like Miss Jung had secrets of her own" Seohyun shifted her gaze from the man next to her.

Then Seohyun crossed her arms over her chest, "What if I can't get anything out of her?"

"Then get her to believe there isn't any other option besides the truth." The man suggested.

"Sir, isn't that manipulation?" Seohyun gave him a critical stare from the corner of her eye.

"That's how you get cases solved" The man left through a different door while Seohyun stood near the glass looking in on the girl who she was about to question.

Eunji was a person of interest from the start. Her unusual statement that she gave of hearing nothing when the victim's murder took place. How could someone not hear a thing?

Seohyun was keeping an eye on her since then, watching what she did daily. She noticed her interaction with Chanyeol, the prime suspect of the crime. In cases like these, the boyfriend is always the one.

From the evidence, it was a crime either of passion, jealousy, or rage. Maybe all three.

Seohyun could only speculate what happened that night on November 13th.

She had reasons to believe Eunji was just a pawn in all this. Just guilty by association. Many repeated associations.

Seohyun's thought of guilt by association was set aside when the phone left in the same hotel room where Krystal was found contained only Eunji's number.

It was common knowledge among the detectives that Krystal's death was no suicide. The markings around her neck indicated that she was strangulated to death like her sister was. The curtain wrapped tightly on her neck tried to cover that fact with no avail.

Seohyun sighed, no matter what she thought up. The pieces didn't fit. She knew there was more to this story, pieces were definitely missing. Like the chief said objective stand point would give her more options than not.

Adjusting her posture and grabbing the case file. Striding to the small room holding Eunji. Seohyun opened the door with ease and prompting a subtle smile upon her face.

Noticing Eunji's uncomfortable movement in her chair. Seohyun decided which position she would take with the petite women. Settling herself down in the steel chair, Seohyun placed the file under her hands.

"Okay, let's start. Jung Eunji. I'm going to ask you a couple questions, standard procedure" The women in front of me nodded gently.

"Where were you on the night Krystal disappeared?"

"The hospital. She had just helped me bring someone into the hospital"

"What was your relation with the deceased?"

"We barely knew each other."

"What can you tell me about Krystal?"

"She is Yoona's younger sister."

"When was the last time you spoke to her?"

"On the way to the hospital after we got there. I couldn't find her anywhere"

"What was your last conversation about?"

"Our last conversation was about the directions to the nearest hospital "

"Did you know if anyone had a grudge against her or wanted to hurt her?"

"No but...she really wanted to find the person who murdered her sister"

"Did she have any suspicions of someone that she might've mentioned to you?"

Eunji fidgeted with her fingers for a few seconds. "If you know something-" Seohyun's voice softened and lowered down until Eunji interrupted her.

"Park Chanyeol. She had suspicions about Park Chanyeol."

Eunji! You better run! She spilled the beans. (Sorry I'm being hella dramatic)  Just to clarify, the man Seohyun was talking to was the Police Chief. Seohyun is sort of new to the job of detective so he is giving her advice and tips on questioning Eunji.
