Wendy: Are you serious! First he wants to gush up to me saying he loves me then this!

Madison: I know he's a jerk.

Wendy: So did Carrie say yes?

Madison: Of course Wendy, Carrie is obsessed with Elliot.
-------
Soon the nurse  walked in the room quietly thinking I was asleep. She asked me what happened to Carrie and the other boy (Elliot).
I just casually made up an excuse and said they left.

"Alright I think you are well enough to go." The nurse says with a smile on her face.

She helps me get out of the bed and takes me to a place where I can put my clothes on. While I'm entering the room I see a boy. He was kind of cute but it was creepily how he just looked at me. When he gazed at me I thought of Elliot and how we met on the first day. But I had to get that off my train of thought cause I wanted to be done with Elliot but I couldn't let him. Not just yet. When I exited the changing room I held a book in my hand. It was "The Great Gatsby" when I pulled the book out that caught his attention.

"Hey you like Great Gatsby too?" The boy ask me excitedly

"Yeah it's a really good book." I respond with interest.

"What's your favorite chapter?"  He asks me with curiosity.

"I always love the first chapters I think the introductions are the best." I respond

"Wendy we have to go!" My mom shouts from the hall.

"Oh I have to go sorry." I say

"Oh it's okay bye." The boy responds with sadness in his voice.

I walk away then quickly turn back to ask him his name.

"Hey what's your name?" I turn back and ask him

"My name James."

"Alright see you later James!" I yell  while walking away
-----
"So Wendy what happened with Elliot?" My mom ask.

"I'll tell you once we get home." I respond.
------
"So tell me what's going on." My mom ask as she drops her keys on the table.

"Mom, he doesn't love me." I say with frustration.

"Are you upset?" My mom says while looking into my eyes.

I start crying.

"Mom I don't want to think about doing anything with Elliot." I say while sobbing.

My mom stands up and hugs me. She whispers in my ear "Its going to be okay."

"Mom it's over." I whisper back

After the discussion I quickly walked backed to my room and did what every other girl does during a break up. Cry. After a whole hour of crying I was almost going to sleep but my mom quickly awakened me.

"Wendy, Elliot is in the hospital."
