Chapter 56

~3 Months Later~

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

        The last three months of my life have been pretty boring to be honest. Every day was the same. Wake up, get ready, eat breakfast, train with Noah and Chim, eat lunch, train with Noah and Chim again, eat dinner, go to bed. It was tiring.
        As for the rest, King Dan was busy being a king and all, Preston, Rob, Lachlan and Vikk were looking for a place to build a Kingdom together though they haven't decided what to call it yet, Seto had already moved out of the castle to build a tower for himself, Ian and Quentin were given high ranks in the military where they planned to help defeat Herobine and of course Noah, Chim and I were still training.

       

I began to go through my routine for the day, bored out of my mind. I made it about half way through before something interesting happened. As I was eating lunch with everyone there was suddenly a knock on the door. I quickly stood up and headed over to the front door to answer it. Opening the door revealed two familiar faces.

        "What are you doing here Mitch and Jerome?" I asked. The others must of heard me because Vikk, Rob, Preston and Lachlan all came over as well as Noah.

       

"We came to talk to Rob, Preston, Lachlan and Vikk" Mitch said simply. They all headed outside to talk while Noah and I headed back to the dining room

        "I wonder if they left The Budder Kingdom as well." I said. Noah shrugged and Chim seemed to be zoned out. We all continued eating and just as we were about to head back to the training room the six came back inside.

       

"Do you know where King Dan is?" Jerome asked politely.

        "He's in the middle of a meeting so you'll have to wait, what are you guys doing here anyway?" I asked.

       

Mitch and Jerome gave each other a look before Mitch spoke up "We plan on helping the others make a Kingdom, they sent a messenger to ask us and we had been planning to leave for a while" he explained.

        "Do you know if Sky still hates me?" I asked. If we were going to take down Herobrine we will need all the help possible.

       

"I don't really know he doesn't talk about it anymore. He's married now and has a baby on the way" Jerome shrugged. It's probably a bit safer to go back now but I should still wait a while. Noah nudged me signaling that we should go back to training.

        "Well I got to go, good luck with the Kingdom." I said before falling Noah back to the training room. Back to the same old boring routine I guess.

~1 Week Later~

        We were back to the same old routine but now Jerome and Mitch lived in the castle as well. It was temporary of course, they were just staying here while the figured out their plan for their kingdom. The weather was nice outside so we were training outside. Suddenly I noticed a horse heading towards the gates. I stopped training with Noah and Chim and headed closer to the gates. There was a man riding the horse, he seemed to be a messenger.
        As he approached the gates the guards stopped him. The man spoke up he was shaking in fear of something "Herobrine is attacking Budder Kingdom" he said frantically.

I perked up at that. I turned to face Noah "Noah go tell the King" I said simply. He nodded before sprinting back inside the castle. About a minute later everyone who lived inside the castle came outside.

        "I've already ordered a quarter of our troops to get ready to head out. How long did it take you to get here?" Dan questioned.

       

"About an hour" he said.

        "Alright theres still time, can you lead my troops back to your kingdom?" Dan asked. He nodded.
        I stepped forward "Can I go?" I asked.
        "(Y/N) its not saf-" Noah started but I cut him off.
        "Its going to happen eventually, Noah. We both know that" I said looking him in the eyes. He nodded.
        Dan sighed "You can go with Noah but you need to be careful, if you have troubles you're to retreat immediately okay you two." he ordered. Noah and I nodded.

       

"Can I go?" Chim asked.

        I turned back around to face him "Chim you don't have to go" I said.

       

"But I don't want to let you go by yourself" Chim said.

        "This isn't as dangerous as last time Chim everything will be alright, and plus I'll be with Noah"

       

Chim sighed before responding "Alright, but be careful okay" he said looking me in the eyes. I nodded before heading back inside to the armory with Noah to get our weapons.

        I grabbed Chain armor, 2 diamond enchanted swords, an enchanted bow, some drinkable potions of healing and regen and a few poison splash potions. Noah tapped me on the shoulder "Are you ready?" he asked. He was wearing full diamond armor and was equipped with an enchanted diamond sword and axe.

       

"As ready as I'll ever be" I said seriously before we both headed out to the stables to get our horses. Someone had already put diamond horse armor and a saddle on the two fastest horses. I quickly mounted the horse before following Noahs horse out the gates and towards the army. They were ready and just about to leave as we got there. Noah and I headed to the front of the formation where Ian and Quentin were.

        "Long time no see" I said as my horse approached theres.

        "Remember you're to retreat if theres any trouble." Ian reminded me. I nodded and then we were off.
