Chapter 16

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

Once I was home Amber explained that she needed to go do some work and left me. So I headed up to my room and dropped off my backpack. I felt like crying, Chim had always talked about the friends he had made at school but all the other kids hated me. I didn't want to go back to school EVER. Thankfully it was the weekend so I wouldn't go back until Monday.

After a while of laying down on my bed I decided to go see what Seto was doing. I headed to his room and knocked on the door. "Who is it?" he called.

"(Y/N)" I replied.

"Come in the door is unlocked" he said. I opened the door and let myself in. As usual Seto was making potions. "How was school?" He asked.

"I don't want to talk about it" I grumpily replied.

Seto turned around, away from his worked and asked "That bad?".

"The other kids don't like me" I said.

"Well you don't know that yet, what makes you think that?" Seto asked.

"None of them would talk to me and if I came near them they'd start whispering." I replied. Seto seemed to think for a moment before he spoke again.

"I'll talk to Adam about it, for now do you want to learn how to use some more magic?" He asked in an attempt to move the conversation away from school. I nodded and followed him to the training room. He taught me how to use my magic for a while until it was time for dinner. After I ate I headed back to my room and fell asleep.

*Seto P.O.V.*

After hearing that the other kids her age didn't like (Y/N) too much I decided to talk to Sky. Once she was asleep I headed over to the throne room where he was working at the moment. I knocked on the large door and waited for a response.

"Who is it?" Sky sighed.

"Its me" I called.

"Come in Seto" He replied.

I opened the large doors and stepped into the throne room before closing them behind me. Sky was sitting at his throne looking through some paperwork. "What do you need to talk about Seto?" He questioned.

"It's about (Y/N) going to school." I began.

"Is there a problem?" he asked concerned.

"When I asked her about school today she said that the other kids didn't like her, she said they wouldn't talk to her and if she came near them they'd stop talking. She seemed pretty upset about it." I explained.

Sky sighed "Tell her to go to school for the next week and if things don't get better we'll have her be homeschooled instead" he decided.

"Alright" I replied before leaving the room.

~Le Time Skip (1 week)~

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

After going to school for the next week things still didn't get better. The kids still refused to talk to me and as the week went by I began to notice some of them sneaking glances at me when they thought I wasn't looking. As if I was some kind of alien. So the guys decided it would be best for me to be homeschooled instead. Unfortunately I didn't get to see Amber anymore because of this, but at the very least I didn't have to deal with all those kids staring at me.

I also didn't have to wake up quite as early either as the teacher wouldn't come until an hour after school usually started. Once I was done with school for the day Seto would teach me how to use my magic and for quite a while things stayed this way.
