Chapter 51

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

        After telling Lachlan to go to the dining room I headed back to my room. I instinctively locked the door behind me as I closed the door behind me. I headed to my window and looked outside, the sun was setting and it had seemed like a relatively warm day when I had answered the door earlier too. So I opened the window and carefully crawled out before climbing to the highest point of the roof. I was high enough up that I had a perfect view of the sunset over the kingdom. The sight was breathtaking.

       

As the sun began to dip behind the buildings in the Kingdom I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly whipped around, not wanting to take chances. After all the last time something like this happened Herobrine sliced my back. Luckily it was only Seto.

"I didn't expect to find you out here" Seto said sitting down a few feet away from me.

        "I could say the same" I responded casually. We both watched the sun set in silence for a few minutes before Seto spoke up again.

        "Its beautiful, isn't it?" he said. I only nodded, mesmerized by the beauty of the view from up here. We watched the rest of the sunset in silence. Once the last bit of the sun had set I carefully got up, not wanting to lose my balance and fall. Then headed back down the roof towards my window, before I got to far though I turned around to see Seto.

       

"Night" I said simply before turning back in the direction I needed to go and headed towards my window.

        "Good Night" He said before heading back towards his own room. Once I reached the window I quietly opened it and slipped in. I knew that Noah and Chim would worry about me if they knew I went on the roof at night. They were so overprotective, but I guess thats just what brothers do. Noah isn't really my brother but he's always seemed like one to me, meanwhile Chim my actual brother doesn't seem nearly as much like a brother compared to Noah, but then again I've known Noah for a lot longer than I've known Chim.

Just as I was about to head off to bed I heard someone clear their throat. I sighed and turned around sure enough there was Noah. "Let me guess you used your magic to turn yourself invisible" I said.

"Yup, so" He said dragging out the o. "What were you doing on the roof?" he asked curiously.

"Just watching the sunset. Noah you of all people should know I can take care of myself" I said slightly annoyed that they were always worrying about me. I was nearly eleven. My birthday was in just a few weeks.

Someone else cleared their throat "Hey! I'm here too" Chim said as he suddenly appeared next to Noah.

"Well you should know too Chim" I stated simply. He simply shrugged.

"(Y/N) you should be more careful we all know that you're a big target. If you're alone on the roof he could send multiple people after you and you'd be outnumbered. I don't think he's simply going to capture you next time. (Y/N) next time he captures you he'll probably kill you." Noah explained, worry lacing his voice.

        "Well for your information, I wasn't out there alone, Seto was with me" I said matter of factly. He stayed silent for a bit before responding.

       

"Well still you should let Chim or I know before you head up to the roof next time okay?" Noah asked. I nodded

        "Well I'm going to head off to bed, so could you guys, you know, leave" I said.

       

"Alright Goodnight" Chim said.

        "Same" Noah said simply taking the shortcut. I rolled my eyes at him and then they both left. I quietly slipped under the covers the days events still playing in my head. Was The Budder Kingdom falling apart? I mean at first it was just going to be Seto leaving, but now Ian and Quentin have also left. That only leaves Adam, Ty, Jason, Mitch and Jerome only five of the original eight members, and at the rate they're going at they may drop even more.
        I wish there was a way to resolve this, but if I were to try and step into this I would be killed on the spot. I sighed, I shouldn't be thinking of this. I need to get some rest and I need to keep training, because if I'm going to defeat Herobrine. I'm going to need a lot more practice.
