Chapter 4

*Seto P.O.V.*

We were heading back to the castle, I was carrying the girl. Thankfully, it doesen't look like she was injured, she probably just passed out from using so much energy. She is pretty young so she can't perform massive spells without the consequence of passing out. Suddenly I noticed Mitch and Jerome appear next to me.

"Seto any ideas why Herobrine was trying to kill her?" Mitch asked.

I sighed. "I honestly don't know" I answered. Out of all people why would he target a five year old girl that doesn't even live in the Kingdom? Once we arrived at the castle I headed to one of the guest bedrooms on the second floor and layed her down on the soft bed. Hopefully it won't take too long for her to wake up. Then I headed back towards the door and left, locking the door behind me. I definitely need to tell Adam, better known as Sky, about this.

I headed down to my room and pulled out my handheld transceiver and changed it to channel 1, which was Adams' . "Sky it's Seto I need to talk to you, it's important, meet me in my room. I said.

"Alright, I'll be there in a minute" He responded, leaving me in silence. After about two minutes Adam arrived at my room. I watched as entered and closed the door behind him. Then he sat down on the edge of my bed.

"What do you want to talk about Seto?" He questioned.

"When Mitch and Jerome went out in the woods to go camping, they came across a campfire" I began, I proceeded to tell him the entire story up until this point.

After a few seconds of silence he responded "Alright, I'm going to double the guards around the perimeter of the castle. We'll check if she's woken up in the morning." I nodded and he stood up and left my room. I laid down on the bed in thought and eventually they lured me into a restful sleep.

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

I woke up on something absurdly soft, it felt as I believe a cloud would. For a split second I wondered, am I dead? The moment I opened my eyes though that theory was refuted. I was on a soft mattress, the bedding was a royal blue with intricate gold designs sewn on. I quickly bolted up and took in my surroundings. It wasn't a huge room, a bed perfectly in the center of the back wall with a nightstand on each side. Above each nightstand was a window, though all light was blocked out by long, swaying curtains. Ahead of me there was a door once again dead center along the opposite wall.

Looking for a means of escape I quickly got up and attempted to open the door but as expected it didn't open. It would be pretty stupid for them to simply leave it unlocked I suppose. Would magic work? I quickly shot a simple spell at the lock but surprise! Nothing happened. Having nothing else to do I walked over to one of the windows and pulled the curtains aside.

The first thing I noticed was the large walls surrounding a courtyard. The courtyard itself was filled with bright, colorful flowers. There were tons of guards patrolling the area, all of them on high alert. As I was observing the outside I heard the click of a lock. Whipping around I caught the door open and the man with purple robes walked in. Blocking the doorway, it was definitely the same guy from before. Though for some reason I was unable to sense his magic this time.

"You need to come with me" he said. To be honest I didn't feel that refusing would work out to well for me. So though I didn't quite trust him yet I got up and went over to him, slightly scared of what he was planning. He must of noticed I was scared because he added in "We just need to ask you a few questions".

We? There's more people here?! "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to tie your hands." I didn't respond but he gently grabbed my hands and tied them together. Enough that I wouldn't be able to get out of it, but not tightly enough that it was digging into my skin. Once my hands were tied up he lead me out of the room and down the stairs to a door with a sign above it labeled 'Meeting Room 2'.

He knocked on the door and waited patiently for someone to respond. "Come in" Another man's voice said. Inside the room there was another man. He wore a black and gray shirt as well as pants of the same color. His hair was curly and he had sunglasses covering his eyes. How odd, wearing sunglasses inside, there isn't even a window in this room. Hanging down from his neck was a gold and purple amulet that seemed to glow.

The sorcerer who escorted me here closed the door and led me to one of the many chairs that surrounded a huge table. I sat down where he had directed me to and he sat down next to the other guy.

The other guy began talking to me "Hello, I'm Sky and this is Seto" he said jabbing his dumb in the sorcerers direction. "We're just going to ask you a few questions." he continued. "So lets get started, what's your name?" he asked first.

"(Y/N) (L/N)" I answered wanting this to end as soon as possible. I'm not a very social person, the only people I've ever talked to were my family and I don't think I'll be seeing them again.

"Alright, how old are you and what's your birthday." He questioned.

"I'm six and my birthday is on (your b-day).I answered.

"Can you tell us what you were doing in the woods (Y/N)?".

I don't really want to repeat my past but I guess I have no choice "Two months ago my Mom, Dad and older brother were living out in the woods. One night a lot of mobs came and attacked us, they managed to kill everyone but me, I was able to get away. I've been living in the woods since." I said.

"Do you know why Herobrine attacked you?" I shook my head, I guess that guys name is Herobrine then. "Okay Seto can you take her back to her room." He asked. Seto nodded before untying the rope binding my hands and led me back to the same room as before, then left locking the door behind him. I was still somewhat tired from using so much magic and its not like I have anything else to do so I laid down on the bed and drifted off to sleep.
