My Mom, Myrtelle Kellianne McKenshin will be arriving for dinner. It is a once in a blue moon dinner with her so we call it a celebration more than a reunion.

I dressed up in a floral cream colored dress and a matching stiletto and I applied a little make up. I leave my auburn hair wavy as it is and grabbed my phone.

I told Drake that I'll be out for a while to have dinner and he agreed.

I walked down the circular staircase and I smelled cookies, freshly baked goodies, butter and other delicacies.

When I reached the dining hall, our maids greeted me and I nodded with a sweet smile in response. I also noticed taht Mom, Dad and even A.D are not here yet.

I sat on my usual chair and observed the arrangements in front of me. There are utensils carefully arranged on the table with fruits and foods.

I checked my phone and it says 7:00 PM. I decided to check out on Drake so I opened the virtual app.

Di: Drake :)

Drake: Hey, how's the dinner going?

Di: I guess I'll be having dinner all by myself. Haha they aren't here yet.

Drake: Ow that's quite sad.

While I was busy chatting with Drake, my reflexes instantly told me to dodge the sharp thing that was going my way.

I immediately unleashed the sword that was attached on the wall as I shielded my body on the thing. I smirked as a dagger with purple ribbon attached on the handle hit the wall just right beside my shoulder.

"What a nice way of saying Good Evening Aedon." I said casually as I see him walked down the stairs from his room.

He smiled at me as he reached the dining hall and gave me a brotherly hug and patted my head. While hugging him, my eyes suddenly caught a glimpse of something fast aiming at Aedon's back.

I focused and concentrated my eyes on the thing and after a second, I am already holding a sharp and silver shuriken with a purple gem at the center of it. I smirked. It was our family's trademark.

"Fast and accurate as always." Aedon said amazed as he put back the sword I used on the wall.

"Yeah. And you are a nice sample of a distraction A.D" I answered sarcastically.

We suddenly heard a clapping sound from the upper stairs. Mom is waving at the both of us happily while Dad's giving us a smile.

"GoodEvening Mom. Evenin Dad :)" I said as I gave them a tight hug.

"Take a sit Aedelle." Dad said.

The maids started serving our foods and filling our glass with several drinks. After a little prayer, Dad started blabbering about a big case that the military are trying to fix. The hotseat suddenly goes on me.

"So how was your boyfriend Di?" Dad asked while wiggling both of his thick eyebrows.

Mom's head suddenly snapped up and she squealed loudly like a cheerleader while clapping both of her hands.

"Really? My baby havah boyfriend already? Niceee. Great great great. So Di, who's the lucky guy?" Mom said excitedly.

"His name's Drake. Loi Drake Yu Heiress. A Japanese american, 19 year old." I replied casually as I sip on a glass of red wine.

"So tell me more about him." Mom seems to be very eager and excited. Hayyss.

"He's a good guy. And he's not real."

"What? Why not? Did he lied to you? He cheated on you?! I'm gonna cut the balls of that guy for hurting my baby!" mom said in a serious tone while holding her fork like a retarted barbarian.

Dad chuckled and gave my mom a quick peck on her lips. Mom suddenly blushed at the sudden gesture.

Eww. PDA.

"Her boyfriend is a virtual character Sweetheart." said Dad.

Mom's shoulder suddenly slumped and her face frowned.

"How am I suppose to have grand children on a virtual character Di? Mommy's gettin old. I wanna have little Aedelles running with small feet at home saying 'I want to see my momma!'" Mom said while clutching her chest as if she's really hurt.

"Mom, Aedelle's 18. She's still young for that."Aedon said while chewing a strawberry.

"Yeah right. What am I even thinking." Mom surrendered.

I dont know if I'll tell them that Drake's alive and is a real person but I chose to be silent. They'll eventually find out soon if everything goes right in place.

I'm also trying to find the right timing to ask permission for a trip to Japan. I have to inform Drake's family as soon as possible. He told me that he's no longer healthy. I wish I could help Drake. I'm so worried.

"As I was saying, mom said. I will be out of the country for one week. We will be having business transactions with our sharing companies. I also have to check on our branches if the business' going well." she explained while talking to Dad.

"And when will you be leaving?" Dad asked.

"Why do I have this feeling that you wanted me to leave as soon as possible?" Mom pouted to Dad and Dad suddenly feel startled. How sweet.

"Nope. Dont ever think of that. I'm just asking you okay?"

"Well, I'll be leaving tomorrow afternoon. Things has to be fixed right away."

"And where will it be?" Dad asked mom to where she's going.

"Ah. I'm also planning to bring Aedelle and Aedon too so that they'll enjoy their vacation. I also wanted you to be there but I know you have to go back in United States." Mom stated.

I looked at Aedon and he just shrugged his well built shoulders. I know him. If I'll go, he will also go. If I'll stay, he will stay. Simple as that. We are unseparable twins anyway.

I also wanted a vacation but more than that, I have to help Drake. He is more than important. His life depends on me and every ticks of the clock counted his life span. He is in no health!

I was about to say 'I wont go with you mum' when Dad suddenly barged in the conversation.

"Well good idea. Atleast they wont rot in here. So in what country sweetheart?" Dad asked mom again.

"Oh that. It's in Japan." Mom said casually as she reached for the chicken nuggets.

My brain suddenly clicked, my heart started pounding fast and my head snapped up. I hurried my way to Mom and immediately hugged her tightly!

"I'll go with you Mom! I would love to!" I chirped happily at her.

"I will also come." Aedon butted.

I give him a smile and Dad also nodded agreeing.

"Okay then. I'll save a private seat for three persons and reserve a flight to Japan. I'll also visit if things went smoothly." Dad said casually as he finished his meal.

For me, this is indeed a good night because the odds are all in my favour.

We will be going in Japan!
